I contacted them about a car I saw online and told them my credit situation and they couldve just said that they dont work with my kind of credit instead they ran my credit several times through several banks and then asked me to get a co-signer which I provided for them and still didnt get me the terms Im looking for all that is ok all though from the first phone call you can get the hint that they dont care and not willing to help. I went there to look at the car and find out why they didnt go throw the application the manager literally said dont come here with your attitude and go take your business some where els!! I usually dont get an attitude due to my work nature which is a service advisor at a car dealer which allows me to work with all kind of people and attitudes with a smile anyway be aware people they are really rude and they dont care they just wanna run your credit even if they cant help

I have to say I dont normally write negative review about anyone business but this by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with. From the sales manager to the office staff there. Hopefully by sharing my experiences it will help people to make better judgments and more research before giving your business to Benz Boyz auto. I recently purchased a 2012 M3 from Benz Boyz and from the get go its been on thing after another. We had settle on a price and all the paper work was drawn out. The first issue was they mailed the package to the wrong address which was on Feb. 29th, 2016. When I received a call from Fedex that they cant verified the address I quickly notified Benz Boyz and arrange to have a new package mailed out. I received the paperwork package from them on March 1st, of course there was no return shipping label. I end up calling and talking to Ashton who is the sale manager I was dealing with who informed me to just go fedex and ship it back to them with my credit card, which I refused. After some going back and forth, he hand the call off to his boss who exact word "send me my money or I will sell it to someone else". At this point my response back to him was "go ahead and sale it to someone else". Ash call me and wanted to know what happen, and if It wasnt for him I would have just go with another dealer. Thats definitely something I should have done. So finally they agreed to provide their fedex account so I can ship the package back to them. After they received my return packaged, the check I wrote to them cleared on March 3, 2016 and on March 7th, 2016 the check from my credit union was issued out to them. I was told they need for everything to cleared before I can schedule to have the car shipped out, which finally happen March 9th, 2016. We also agreed that they were going to details the car both inside and outside and I even got confirmation from Ashton that the car was spotless, only to my surprise when the car was delivered to my house on March 18th, the outside was cleaned but the inside was filthy. The carpets was dirty, the trunk was dirty with leaves and everything inside the car was DUSTY. I call up Aston who told me that it was cleaned when he left, I have doubt because the pictures from their website you can see that there were leaves and dirt all inside, and of course the same leaves and dirt was there when the car arrived. He told me maybe the driver who delivered the car made it dirty.. which I doubt. Photos and pictures dont lied. Of course this is just the beginning. As of today I am still waiting for them to send me the title. They will never call you to provide any update but if you call them and ask for a status, you will get the normal response of " I dont know we still waiting" when we get an update we will let you know". As of right now(March 23, 2016) I have a car that I cant drive and cant registered with my local DMV because Benz Boyz does not have the title to the car and the only update I get when I call them is we dont have it and we dont have any update. Since this is my first time placing an internet purchase, maybe this is a routine and Im just being impatience but I figured I shared this experience with everyone who plan on doing business with Benz Boyz.

Picked up a 85,000 mile 05 BMW 645 in EXCELLENT condition (condition inside and out was like a 15,000 mile vehicle). These guys were friendly and not pushy. Visited store 3 times b4 I finally pulled the trigger and purchase. They were very accommodating everytime I came. I went to other used car dealers and they were rude..arrogant..pushy and aggrevating. Glad I found BenzBoyz on the internet, well worth travelling 32 miles to work with them.
