"Mistakenly Put A Lien On My Car"
I bought a brand new Kia Niro and paid in full. When I got the registration, it shows that the dealership had a lien on the title. When I called the dealership, they said that they would fix it. Instead, all they did was to sign off on the pink slip and I had to go to DMV myself to clear off the lien. Due to their mistake, I went through a lot of hassle and pay DMV additional processing fee to clear the title.

We found the car we were pretty sure we wanted to purchase online. Ive had a KIA Optima for a few years and knew I wanted another one with the upgraded trim package. I checked with the Internet Manager to make sure the vehicle was available before making the long drive out, it was and we drove out on Friday afternoon. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. I asked for Chris who helped me on-line and what a great experience from there. Upon entering the showroom, everyone was very friendly. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. The entire process was quick and easy. We got a great deal and will definitely consider Covina Valley KIA when we are ready for our next one!

Had my window broken into, took it to Covina Valley Kia and the customer service was good, the timing was reasonable, the staff friendly but the attention to details was very much lacking. Glass was all over the inside of my car and I requested the glass to be vacuumed out completely... after sending it back 3 times, unsuccessfully, the Mngr finally took it himself and it was better but I have been finding glass all over my car ever since. So much so that under the front seat it doesnt even look like they got under there. For me to give a higher score, especially a 5, it would require going above and beyond and it was just an ok experience. TELLING me to rate them HIGH/Perfect at the end of my service doesnt help either (printed out an example of a perfect survey rating and told me this is what they need from me to get the full score value)....earn it and you wont have to TELL/MANIPULATE me into rating you high. I appreciate the kind customer service but doing an excellent job on the required service is equally important to keep me going back!
