Once again I am using this service department for this friendliness, prompt and courteous service. From the moment when you drop off the car and are greeted by a gentleman (who gladly reminded me to take all my necessary belongings) to the customer service rep, everyone is genuinely nice. I purchased my car at another Audi dealer and had it serviced there but did not have a good experience. This dealer is a bit further for me but is well worth it.

"Rating The Experience At The Service Center"
I took my car for Oil & Filter change service to the Audi Medowlands service center in North Bergen. I was told itd be done within an hour but I had to wait more than 2 hours. I wasnt even called when it was done - I had to go check with the Service advisor. My keychain was broken, as I realized later on, and it wasnt acknowledged. Thankfully, my sales person at the dealership gave me new one right away. There was some issue with the tire pressure and the low pressure light came on. It had to be reset manually but apparently it wasnt checked during the service. Not sure why but a bunch of pictures were taken of my car when I arrived - Also not sure why 3 different people had to do some sort of "inspection" of my car before bringing it in for service. Couple of people at the service center were somewhat obnoxious, somewhat disrespectful as I was just sitting there waiting patiently.
