Located a beautiful 2014 Ford Fusion online and set up appmnt. Drove 2 hrs Saturday am with my 2010 Camry trade in that is in excellent condition with very low miles. Expecting to bargain somewhat in a deal knowing what I wanted for my car keeping an open mind. The trade in appraiser drove my car and then blew me off completely low balling by thousands. I had my exact carfax info (with my plate and vin #) in my cell to show the appraiser & salesman Alex I believe but they were rude and said I could alter a carfax report. WHAT!! all the service records were up to date and the car was outside. I was willing to pay CASH for the balance after trade in and they wouldnt accept it!!! Alex Said they made their $ from financing. So that was the main reason they did t want to make a deal!! They were holding off. So I got up and said we are wasting each others time and my 2 hr trip was for NOTHING. The salesman Alex even said they had another car in stock but would not show me, or even show me anything similar!! Have never been treated with disrespect b4 and I have had many new/ used cars my life! I am a middle aged woman with a lot of knowledge and I was disappointed they acted and treated a potential custom that way!! I was introduced to the internet person JEN when I arrived as she was the one sending all the emails for days. About 3 hrs after I left she sent an email asking me if I was coming in for my appointment!! Yeah right get it together car place and no bother me Im taking my CASH elsewhere!!
