Shopped around for various cars and got stressed out by the high pressure sales pitch and noise of some of these places and salesmen who gave you double speak about what cars they had and didnt have. Corrie our salesman at Bay Ridge Subaru became almost a friend and the place was an oasis of calm and civility. Service was outstanding and civilized, as well. Cant wait to lease another car here.

It seen to me i came there to sell them my car they check my credit never mentioned it over my stay there for over three hours after two worker test drive my car they offered me as a trade in $3,000 for my car while smiling in my face ridiculous.they had only two pre owned outback on the lot for sale.

I have tried to make this dealership work for me and sadly, it seems it will not. They insist you bring your car into the dealership during the week, which for me means taking the day off of work for regular maintenance. Im also not impressed with their ability to think. For example, when I called and scheduled to have my recalled seat swapped out, not they calling me to tell me that the part was in, they had me come in at 7 AND THE TECHNICIANS WHO INSTALL THE SEAT ARENT IN UNTIL 8! Everyone here seems reasonably nice but give me a break, my time is important and I need some better options. Sounds like I will be traveling to Staten Island or, gasp, New Jersey. ..

Best car buying experience I have ever had.I went into Bay Ridge Subaru dealership on 1/19/15. The sales rep, Corey Middleton was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions(of which i had many). I asked for a test drive of the 2015 Outback and Forrester. I immediately knew after the test drive that the Outback was for me. Corey explained that with all the options i wanted with the car(especially Eyesight) that it would be a 3-4 month wait. I received the call from Corey the first week in May that my car was in and a week later I picked it up. On that day he took time(over 1 hour) to explain all the features of the car to me, and I drove out feeling great.The Outback rides like a DREAM! The financial adviser Craig also was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Subaru as the place to purchase a car and dont forget to ask for Corey! Great Dealership, friendly, non-rushed atmosphere, and extremely knowledgeable STAFF!!!!

Last week I received excellent service from Bay Ridge Subaru, especially from Advisor Steve Cravotta, who thoroughly explained needed repairs (while pointing out the problems from under the lift), and made sure all repairs were completed on time as promised. Mr. Cravotta also dealt directly with my extended warrantee company, and saw to it that most of the repairs (including engine work) were covered at no cost to me. They diagnosed and resolved problems that other mechanics were unable to take care of, and the car has never driven better. Thats why I can recommend Bay Ridge Subaru Service without reservation.

I bought my first car (at age 52!) from BayRidge Subaru. Subaru is a terrific car, so I am sure I would have been satisfied had I bought it elsewhere but everyone I dealt with here made the process less scary. I have been servicing my car at BayRidge Subaru since I bought it there, and although it is out of my way I find the trek worth it. My car feels smoother and gets much better mileage after a visit. The waiting room has several comfy chairs as well as tables to sit at, along with a TV, WiFi, a water cooler, and hot drinks. After service is performed they always inform me well as to what was done and why. If they find something unexpected while they are working on your car they will let you know so they can amend their original estimated charge with your approval. All around top notch.
