I was in need for a 7 or 8 sitter car. After visiting several auto dealers and test driving several cars including Cadillac, Infiniti Qx 80 and Lexus 460, i was extremely happy with my experience at Ben Auto. From the time i met Henry and Paul, they came across as genuine and did not have the use car dealer attitude. Because they are a smaller dealer, i had to pay extra 0.5% interest taking my rate to 2.7 % instead of 2.2 i could have had with franchise dealers. I will urge anyone looking for outstanding customer service and quality cars to first stop at Ben AutoHaus. I wish i could only express the joy of my family filling up the car when we go out and my wife will not driving second car should we choose to go out. BEN AUTO HAUS IS THE BEST!!! THEY ROCK!!!

The Only Dealer Willing To Financing For International Students Everrrrrrrrr. My last car purchased here was about few months ago with a Mercedes Benz 2012. Overall car in here have very low millege ( mines was 22000 miles ). I have bought 3 cars from here with a very satisfied thoughts. I went to several used car dealership and they not got what Ben Auto haus had : "Honest". They willing to negotiate with you maybe coupe hundred dollars but guess what, the price is even better than anything else on used car market. I was initially there to see an older Lexus IS250 model with a lot more miles but given that they had a much newer car with few miles for a VERY good price, I opted for the newer one and three months later, I am still delighted. Surprisingly, the entire process took no longer than an hour to complete. Aside from the good deal, the rep took the time to negotiate a lower APR than we had initially agreed to despite the fact that they would get no additional profit from the deal. They have very good relations with the banks so it is the place to go if youre looking to finance. The Lexus I purchased is in impeccable condition. I highly recommend them!

The salesman also sent me an email and stayed in contact with me until I arrived at the dealership (which is a "typical" used car place, but....).
