I called Velocity Motors, left a message and emailed them. I didnt get any response until after 48 hours. Thats unacceptable for any dealership. By the. I had already financed a vehicle with another dealer.

Very poor customer service. I sent inquiry 2 weeks ago. I got no reply. I sent follow up email and no reply as wall. This type of behavior is actually a red flag for a bad car dealer

I do not do reviews online, but you should NOT use this dealership at all. They lied to me and said my car was not in an accident. They also offered me a 30 day warranty. The carfax showed it was in perfect condition but after about 2 days of driving around, check lights came on. The transmission was bad, wires were connected wrong, and now only having this car for a little less than a year, I have to buy a new one. I lost money, time and the owners didnt care at all. They said it was my problem. I tried to go through a lawyer, but I couldnt afford the fees or the additional time due to my job. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

Id always been hesitant to buy a car from a used car dealership; however, they made it such a good experience for me. I bought a 2006 BMW 325i from these people about 3 years ago when they were on La Cienega and a couple of months ago I bought my son a 2008 Toyota Camry from their new location. They are simply the BEST. They do have the best prices in town and unlike many other dealers with a bunch of annoying sales people, they are very nice and friendly. Very happy with both cars and if I ever wanna buy another car, I wouldnt even consider anywhere else.
