Do not go to this dealership unless you are prepared to deal with some of the most genuine, accommodating and HONEST auto professionals in the business. I visited Boch New To You in advance of my end-of-lease on my VW Tiguan. I was eager to get into a pre-owned BMW 328i after having suffered through three years with the single biggest mistake of my life (not to mention the most blatant display of car salesman deception and atrocious customer service, all of which landed me in an end-of-lease situation that added up to absolute financial garbage.) I digress. Working with Armando was an absolute pleasure. He was polite, warm and extremely sympathetic towards my previous car buying nightmare. Armando is a stand-up young gentleman, from whom you will genuinely WANT to buy a vehicle, and then promptly take him out for a beer and befriend him afterwards. Hes that great. Having experienced my fair share of pitiful customer service at other dealerships, leaving a huge chip on my shoulder, I can honestly say that Armando and the rest of the ladies and gentlemen working at Boch New To You are really as lovely as they come. If they have what youre looking for, dont waste your time going anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience buying my car. I stopped to look at a car, and KC completely flipped what I was interested in. I had not planned to buy a car that day but he put me in the car I NEEDED, instead of the car I WANTED... which was significantly less expensive than the car I ended up buying! KC was on point and told me everything I needed to know long before I was ready to even ask those questions. "Best Car Buying Experience To Date"
In general I dont look forward to purchasing a new pre-owned vehicle. In the past I have arrived home after purchasing such a vehicle only to discover worn wiper blades, lack of owner’s manual, or an oil level below the low mark. However, purchasing a pre-owned car from Boch New To You was a pleasant surprise. I first spent some time shopping around on the Internet and thru Cars.com found several cars at Boch that were reasonably priced and had low mileage. I contacted them whereupon they got back to me in minutes setting up an appointment and preparing the vehicle for a test drive. The Sales Consultant, Maroun, was nice and knowledgeable about the car. He presented us with a binder on the details of the car we were interested in. This included specs, a list of inspections for it to qualify as Boch certified, CarFax report, what servicing had been done to prepare it for sale, and a maintenance book. We were able to purchase and drive away with the new vehicle on one visit. The only problem we had was that the battery wasn’t fully charged causing the vehicle to fail inspection. I needed to drive it at least 100 miles and bring it back to Boch to get a valid inspection sticker. The only other comment I have on the purchase experience is that we found the volume level of the showroom background music made it difficult to use our cell phone to communicate with our insurance agent. Other than that and the battery, it was an excellent car buying experience.

Went in to go test drive a car I was interested in purchasing. Had everything checked out I would have made the purchase. I loved the car. However everything went down south the moment I showed no interest in financing though them. I had already made arrangements though other means. They were not having it. I felt harassed and pressured to finance through them. Very unfortunate because I really did love the car. Sadly I did not make the purchase.

This winter was brutal on all cars, but it was hardest on those low-to-the ground, sedan cars. I began my search for an small SUV in February and after much searching decided Boch was the best option because they have the largest inventory and offer Lifetime Warranty that has a $0 deductible. The customer service I received was exceptional and I couldnt be happier with my purchase!! This was my first ever trade-in and I was tentative about committing anywhere, but I was immediately put at ease by the professional and relaxed environment of Boch New To You, in Norwood Ma. Todd Borletto was the sales associate who helped me through the entire process. It was through his efforts that we found the best upgraded car and then the best deal possible. He found a car with the upgrades I was looking for, paired it with a high quality brand, and produced an amazing Honda SUV. My Toyota trade-in was evaluated fairly and generously, too, making the upgraded vehicle purchase within my reach financially. Very important! I visited Boch New to You with my son who is looking to replace his current aging car. We met with Palmer Claire, who despite being new to the dealership, could not have been more knowledgeable about their inventory or the process. The cars he showed us were just what we were looking for and in our general price range. Boch does a great job prepping these cars and offers a terrific drive train warranty. We test drove two cars. Jay Spencer helped make the experience even better by proposing a variety of financing options. After researching for two months for a new to me Used car from New Bedford to Boston, I found a vehicle at Boch new to You that fit our needs. I had a bad experience with the another Boch dealership in 1968, but never again. We have purchased three more vehicles , one from Boch in 2004 and the one we just purchased last month. Our sales person was a Gentleman by the name of Yan. I was not pushed, prodded, or pressured into anything! This was the most professional service that I received in a long time. He was through, to the detail,and if he did not know something, he would ask a manager. The Manager (King) also was very attentive to the process. So was the money man (along with His accent.) I dont think I would have gotten any better service from anywhere else.We got the car we wanted at a price We thought was fair compared to my research.every one came out pleased.

We (my husband and myself) worked with Khalil, and he was wonderful. He obviously marked us as "his" customers when we pulled up, be he didnt approach us or speak to us at all until after we had taken both kids out of the car, put the youngest in the stroller, and gotten ourselves settled. Next, when we let him know that we first wanted to look at the car before speaking with anyone, he gave us a quick lesson in how the stickers worked and let us alone. He didnt hover or come check on us a hundred times, and gave us our space and the privacy we needed to be able to discuss finances, etc. It was very refreshing and not at all off-putting. When we were ready to speak with him, he spoke equally to both my husband and myself - usually people tend to speak with my husband when it comes to cars and finances as if I had no brains or opinions because I am the wife. He absolutely didnt push any car on us, and he respected our decisions. Anything he pointed out, he was right about (ex: this model is too small for all the car seats), so we listened to him. The test driving process was great. My husband and I didnt have the best credit, yet we felt as much of a valued customer as if we had come in with a fistful of cash ready to buy a BMW. The prices on the stickers matched the KBB and True Car values (we really did a lot of homework before-hand) so we didnt feel ripped off. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Corolla. This was the 4th car my husband and I have bought from Boch New To You, and we will definitely be coming here again for our next car!

I generally see shopping for a new vehicle as an extremely stressful situation, especially where i have a 13 month old son. My past experience with car hunting has been less than favorable. Just thinking about shopping for a new vehicle gave me anxiety. It came down to necessity, i just couldnt keep procrastinating any longer, i needed a new family friendly vehicle. There was no getting around it, my little two door coupe just wasnt cutting it. After we found a few possible matches at several dealerships, we decided to first go to Boch New to You, though it is over 45 minutes from our house. I had been emailing Dave back and forth with questions. He was not only informative, but also answered all of my questions within minutes of my email being sent. Never once did i feel pressured to come in to the dealership, like i did with the other dealerships that i was corresponding with via email as well. My family and I (including my 13 month son) stopped by Boch New to You on Sunday July 13th after looking at inventory online of several dealerships. Pete and Jay were very helpful and didnt make us feel rushed, though we got to the dealership just 30 minutes prior to closing. All of the employees were friendly and made us instantly at ease, speaking to us as people, not dollar signs like we were accustomed to. My family and I went home, did some more research on what vehicles would fit our needs, and found ourselves circling back to the Boch New to You website. We then decided to stop by Boch New to You on Wednesday July 16th after searching the inventory a bit more, and deciding which vehicle we would like to possibly purchase. When we got to the dealership Pete was on break. KC informed us of that, and instead of having us wait (though this time we were able to get a babysitter). he pulled around the vehicle that we had inquired about. Just like on Sunday, we were instantly at ease once again. We decided to purchase the 2008 Jeep Liberty that we had gone there to look at. We didnt decide to purchase the Jeep at Boch New to You because it was the only place we could find it, or even necessarily the cheapest place. We decided to purchase at Boch New to You because of the employees. Both KC and Pete made us feel like family, more than just customers. KC shared personal stories with us, joked around, and made the environment light. I found myself smiling and actually forgetting i was buying a vehicle, a far cry from the anxiety attack i had anticipated. In an industry where everything revolves around numbers, it felt amazing walking in and being treated like more than just that. The art of human connection and adding that personal touch is very rare these days, and cant be taught. Every person that we spoke with were very helpful and friendly. The entire staff there is amazing, adding that extra something to my experience. I will be and have already been, recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle.The company name and reputation may have gotten us in the door, but it is the staff and their treatment of us as family that kept us there. I wish i could remember every persons name that i have spoken with, but i will say this, everyone there deserves to be recognized as an asset to the company. My experience was not only stress free, but enjoyable. We will be coming back again.

I visited Boch New to You looking for a newer car to use in addition to my old Honda CR-V. Todd Borletto was extremely helpful in helping me find the right model. I decided I wanted a newer Honda Accord, but wanted to wait until the right color and model was available. Todd stayed in touch with me and let me know when the model I was looking for showed up. I immediately went back to the dealership and found the perfect car - a 2012 Honda Accord SE. The price was very competitive, and the warranty really set Boch apart from other dealers I searched. Todd helped me take care of the purchase, financing and registry in just a few hours, and I was able to drive the new car home that day. I emailed them mailed Friday 1PM using the contact form with two simple questions about a vehicle- was the third row of seating completely removable and were there options on the vehicle not listed in the ad that made the asking price nearly $2K over the Kelly Blue Book price in their ad. I specified email contact only "for now." I got a call 10 minutes after submitting the form from Adam, then another 2 hours later from Arthur, "a manager." I called the sales manager at 4:40PM who apologized that his staff didnt read what I had written, though he had supposedly told them about this before. He acknowledged that I may have a bad taste in my mouth for the dealership, but that hed personally look into my query if I wanted, and call me back in about 20 minutes if I didnt mind him calling me. I gave him the information and phone number. I still havent heard from him 3 days later. However, I did get a call from a different person, Alyssa or Liz, Saturday morning (I wasnt home) as well as an email from her, wanting me to come drive the car. I used the opt out link for the email. Sunday morning, another call from the Saturday AM person. I informed her that I had had a conversation on Friday with the sales manager about no phone calls, and she said there wasnt a manager there so she wasnt aware (right! And I suppose there wasnt one there Saturday when she called either!). She said shed take me off the call list. Later Sunday morning I got an email from the first person to call Friday, Adam. I informed him that I opted out of email Saturday. I tried calling the general manager (Scott Braga) about 4:30 Monday (today), left a voicemail that I wanted to let him know why I wasnt buying a car from his dealership, and left my number. Havent heard back from him several hours later.

As far as car dealers go, Boch Toyota comes close to perfect. However, Boch is still dependent on the personal relationship between its sales rep and the customer. We dealt with Mike Daoud--a highly knowledgeable and very nice man. Mike is so very accommodating, I think his middle name must be Service because he provides the best. Both my wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend to anyone interested in either purchasing or leasing a vehicle, to go right to Mike Daoud -- and we are confident they will thank us."

I have never been to cleaner dealership in my life! We had worked with Pete, he was such a nice guy and funny to boot! Unfortunately we didnt buy a vehicle that day but we would love to!
