I had a fantastic experience buying my new Outback at Subaru of Glendale. From the very first contact, George Davidagayan was responsive, up-front and eager to work with me. He was able to offer me a great deal, and never wavered from the assurances he gave me, answering several very detailed questions via both email and telephone. He initially wanted to close the sale on a Saturday (the last day of the month--an all-important day for the dealerships numbers), but when I explained why it would be very difficult for me, he agreed to wait until Sunday, and didnt change the terms at all. When I arrived, he had all the paperwork ready, and maximized our time together. Everything was represented exactly as we had agreed, and neither he nor the finance guy Christian pressured me in the slightest for any add-ons. They were respectful, forthright, informative and excited for me. I cannot think of how this transaction could have been any smoother or more pleasant. I would happily do business with this dealership again, and based on my experience, highly recommend them.

I located the car I was interested in through Cars.com. I submitted a request for more information and within an hour I was contacted back. We emailed back and forth a bit, and they sent me some pictures of the car. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I spoke to Max Vartanian, and we agreed on a price over the phone. When I came in, he walked me through every aspect of the car, and then I signed all the paperwork. Easy! Max was really wonderful at holding my hand through the whole process. I would definitely refer anyone to Max and Glendale Subaru, and I love my Outback!
"Inconsistent Stories"
We were looking for a used car and found one worth looking at. So I emailed and called to see if the car was available. I asked if the price was negotiable and was told definitely. Upon hearing that the car was still available and the price was negotiable, I told them I would be there within an hour to test drive it. When I arrived on this rainy day, I was told that the car was on their other lot across the street and they would have to move six cars to for me to test drive it! I was also told to ask for this particular sales person, but was handed off to another. Not a very good impression being handed off or having to wait for them to move the cars. They should have had the car ready. After the 10 minutes it took to move the cars, we took the drive. Test drive was ok. So we talked about negotiating the price and was told that because the price was already listed with a $2000 discount, they would not negotiate the price. We promptly left, never to come back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Be aware!

I never been to a dealership and met someone with such a passionate drive in what he does. Anthony definitely made our car buying experience turn from night to day. By the time I knew it we were already going into finance. Best part about our process is towards the end, we asked him how long has he been doing this and he said only 4 weeks! He still has to write his name on his business cards! I Highly recommend Anthony in the Internet Department to anyone.

I recently purchased a new Outback from the internet sales department. The buying process was very easy. I received a upfront quote. They did not have any extra items installed on the car like a other dealership i visited that offered a very slightly lower price and when i arrived they already had Lojack installed. Raiding the price more then Glendale Subaru. I really appreciated how upfront the Subaru of Glendale did business. They even have a completely Different show room just for the internet sales department. Check them out if you are in the market. Chris was my sales person and his manager Edward was very nice as well.

This was my first time visit to Subaru of Glendale and yet was a great first time experience. They did the job promptly with a very reasonable price. The waiting area was not Hugh like most places in Glendale but was very clean and friendly with flat screen TV, Coffee and fresh pastry. I defiantly will go back.

I have bought a few cars in the past and didnt have any product knowledge about the Subaru brand, while at the Toyota dealership on Brand Blvd to test drive the Rav4 I decided to also walk in there to see how their cars looked. Based on my experience as to how the salespeople attack you I was quite defensive initially; but to my surprise the salesperson there was very friendly & wasnt pushy at all. He was very helpful & showed me the Forester compact suv which to my surprise had won the Motor Trend Sport Utility of the year. He showed me a few videos comparing the Forester to the competition, words cannot do justice to the insights that I got then and there. I just wished that I had bought a Subaru instead of the previous vehicles that I owned. I test drove the car, fell in love with it & am very happy to have made that choice. The process was very smooth & fast, it took me under an hour to get into finance and drive off with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership.

I was only looking at used cars and was not planning to buy one till 2015. After meeting with sales person and then met the manager Mike I was so happy and respected by them that I decided to purchase a car at the impulse. They are the best and I wish them lots of selling.

This was my first Subaru purchase ever but the 9th in my family. I was stunt with the way I was treated and the smoothest transaction ever. After we were done the car was fully gassed up, Washed and delivered to my home. The salesperson went over the equipment and made sure I understood how to use every nob.

"Not Bad, Expect The Usual Pressure To Buy Extras!"
Found a used car here on Cars.com. it had very low miles for the year and model. I agreed to buy it for the listed price, signed papers and sent them back fed ex overnight. 2 days later I flew there from Phoenix and went to pick it up and drive it back. They said they would have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. I got there and no one was there. I called and they said take a cab and we will reimburse you. I got to the dealership and a salesman named Andy was there to greet me. He was very nice but the car wasnt ready and they didnt have paperwork ready. After about 2 hours they called me into the finance office and said the fed ex paperwork didnt get there (im sure it did the day before) so they had to "re-do" the paperwork. I told them I didnt want GAP insurance and the paperwork I signed didnt have it so, Im pretty sure it was a trick they use to have another chance to sell it. I didnt want it but he kept pressuring me to buy it. he offered a lower rate if I did, so I agreed to it just to get out of there. it took almost 3 hours total. the reason I signed papers in advance was so I could just go there and pick up the keys and drive away, obviously that didnt happen. The good things, they offered me lunch while I was waiting, they did reimburse the cab fare, the car was as advertised. They washed the car. Andy was nice. Just expect them to hard sell the GAP insurance and extended warranty with any car you buy there. Expect to spend half your day there.

I just wanted to say 1)how happy I am that I got a Subaru from Subaru of Glendale! I love my Impreza!!! 2) how professional and friendly everyone is when I go to get it serviced. I brought it in for the software update and to check a dash board light and everyone was so nice from the man in the service office, (I think his name is Ross,) to the guys who were washing cars, everyone was very friendly and professional.

I went in fully expecting to buy a 2010 NIssan Pathfinder. Im aware they are a Subaru dealership, but they had what I was looking for. However I had done a little research and realized there were 3 dealerships with similar vehicles. I came here first as they were the closest and quite possibly would have the best price. After test driving and asking several questions that generated the response "Im not even sure." from my sales guy. I decided to try somewhere else. I test drove another one and still gave this dealership a chance to at least negotiate with me. They must have thought I was lying about what we being offered and asked me to send them the link to the page. I gladly did. There advice was to buy the other one. Which Im glad I did, because it had 10,000 fewer miles and was a Certified Pre-Owned.

Our sales person John was helpful, knowledgeable,friendly and worked with us to try to make the sale. The manager, Edward was abrupt and annoyed when he spoke to us. He stated he was very busy and showed us the door. The dealership did not show much pride in their product. The vehichle, which had been on the lot for four months, had what appeared to be dried food stuck to the seats, smelled musty and one of the driving lights was missing. Rather disappointing when you approach a dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle.

I found the exact Subaru Outback I wanted by doing a search on line thru cars.com. It was at this dealership. I sent them a message that I would be interested in test driving this specific car. Tamaz at the dealership got back to me immediately. We set up an appointment to test drive the car the next day. When I got there Tamaz was great, very knowledgable about the car. I was only interested in leasing. Tamaz gave me a great straight forward price on the lease. I ran all the numbers and it was a great deal on a 3year/36,000 mile lease. Signed the papers and picked up the car the next morning. I have not brought the car in for service yet, but when I picked the car up, Tamaz took me around to the service department introduced me to everyone there and I am looking forward to hopefully a continued good relationship with this dealership. It really pays to do your due diligence whenever purchasing or leasing a new car. I knew what I wanted, knew how much I was willing to pay and got it at this dealership. Very happy.
"Dont Buy A Car From These Crooks!!!"
Long story short... they lied and deceived me. Im a female and went alone. Big mistake. I was firm on what I wanted for a trade on my used BMW. No less than $5,000.00 (worth in Kelley Blue book, $7,000-$8,000) They agreed, all 3 of them. I then went to the finance dept to set up the money and David Lepe told me the car HAD NO ALARM SYSTEM! I repeated it 5 times in disbelief "NO ALARM! What car doesnt come with an alarm!" When I got home I saw that they gave me $3,000 for my car! I had to go and buy my car back! (All of their words against mine!)Also discovered that it DID COME With an alarm! They lied deceived and cheated me! Dont buy a car from these crooks!!!
"Very Immature And Ride Salesmen"
I went to this dealership when i was preparing to buya car and I was still undesisive at the time.I went in to drive one of the cars they had on the lot and that went according to plan.while i was waiting for the saleman to get the keys another car thet had on the lot caught my eye and i thought to myself i should also compare that car since i was also interested in it. After finishing the first test drive me and a friend i had along for the trip requested that we try the other car.The sales men then proceded to ask us what our goal was today.we clearly told him we wanted to test drive and compare 2 cars because i wasnt certain what car i wanted to buy. he then told us it wasnt possible to drive the other car because he was busy! my friend asked him to get us another salesman and he said that they where all busy. My friend noticing this rude behavious then asked him if he spoke for all the other salesmen.to cut the long story short the "busy" salesman denied us the second test drive so we walked to a neighbouring dealership when i could still see the salesman standing out on the lot for atleast the next 30 minutes doing nothing but chatting with other salesman.Overal a very bad experience and a bunch of immature and unproffesional salesmen
