Kerfe was great. The car is wonderful and the deal on the car was good. Like I said above, I wish more time was taken on showing me around the car. And then, there was a little confusion on picking up the car from the dealership when it was in for the Lojack installation and the seat protection etc. I needed a ride there to pick up the car, but the person had just left and it was a little before 6:00p. Luckily, my husband came home from work early, so he was able to take me over. If that had not been the case, I am not sure what would have happened. I would have been a little upset if I had not been able to get the car that night.

We did it! We had purchased our last car here and it lasted for 12 years. That tells us that Parkway sells a good product. We started communicating online and Randy was the first "people" contact we had via the telephone. I was shopping for a Regal because I was trying to get a similar car to my Pontiac Bonneville that was good for 183 thousand miles. At the dealer we found that the Regal might be a little too expensive for us. So we test drove the Buick Verano. We needed a powerful passing gear so we picked the Verano Turbo. Parkway had the right color and interior and all the bells and whistles. It took some time to make the "deal" because my "trade in" wasnt worth much due to its high mileage. But Randy & the rest of the staff kept working with us & we closed the deal.Come to Parkway and tell them Bobby sent you.
