"Very Disappointed!"

A vehicle advertised online interested me so I went to A&A Auto Sales and took a test drive. Afterward I asked for a CarFax report but one wasnt available. The salesman, Mike, assured me it would be e-mailed later that evening. First thing the next morning, I went to A&A and Mike said the report was still not available but he assured me that hed get it and send it over soon. Three hours later I called again and asked if he had the report. Mike responded saying it had arrived and the new owner was just driving the vehicle off of the lot! Unless you want to be very disappointed like me, Id recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know I wont be buying anything from this dealership!

Excellent service!!!! Great car buying experience! We were looking for a car for almost a week getting turned down and bad service. I found this place while searching Cars.com they had the car we wanted and they did their best to get us approved. Gino was our sales person and he was great as well as the General Manager that closed our deal.
