We were in the market for a certified pre-owned car that had good mileage & was well priced. Wayne Automall Hyundai did not disappoint. We saw their listing on cars.com, and were fortunate to meet our salesperson, Rich Klein. We told him what we came to see & he took us right to the car. Rich was professional, polite, & patient. There was no hard sell, no bologna, instead Rich focused on our needs and did so with honesty & humor. We bought a CPO 2015 Hyundai Sonata.

Our salesperson, Tisu Nath has made my experience exceptional from the moment I arrived. Tisu took the time to explain everything in detail which made the whole process great and painless. I went to Wayne Hyundai looking into the 2016 Tucson. I met Rick Klein who helped me with the test drive on the Tucson and answered all of my questions. When I told him I was interested in a Mazda, he assured me I would like the Tucson better. He took me to his Mazda dealership and let me test drive the car, he brought me back to the Hyundai store where I told him the Tucson won my decision, as he said it would. I recently bought a Tucson Eco at Wayne Hyundai. I am very happy with the vehicle. My salesman was Jose Morel, who understood that my wife and I were in the beginning stages of the buying process. We visited on night that was not ideal for a test drive, so we made an appt. to go back. Our second trip to Wayne Hyundai, was the first test drive. Jose took his time to explain all the elements of the new 2016 Tucson. The drive was fine. We told Jose that we would be in touch with a decision, and to go over finances. About two weeks later, with our search done we went back. We settled on a price, and bought the Tucson. Jose was a great help in getting the deal done. I would recommend, if you are looking for a Hyundai, that you check out Wayne Hyundai. Also ask for Jose.

Rick was extremely helpful and in not only narrowing down what I would like in a car but also to not overwhelm me with choices/force me toward something expensive. He found the right car for me, answered all of my questions, and was super pleasant.
