I really appreciate the great service at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard, Javier made the process smooth and easy. I really felt like I was well taken care of and I knew exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. Ive been taking my cars to Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard for years, and even if its a bit out of the way for me, the overall service and attention to customers makes it worth it.

"Horrible Car Buying Experience At Mb Of Oxnard."
Customer service at this place is horrible. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 S550 in September 2016. There was only 1 key to the car and the manuals were missing. I was told before I left the dealer that the keys & manuals were locked in the cabinets and they will send them to me the following Monday. I waited for 5 days and did not get anything so I called the salesman back and he told me they didnt have the key and I had to make a new one. I can go to the MB dealer near by my home (because I live in Northern CA) to make the key and buy the manuals and they will re-reimburse. I did that, cost almost $1,000 along with fixing the rim. I sent the dealer the receipts. 8 weeks later, I still have not received my reimbursement. Called the sales person Edward numerous times, most of the times he never answered the phone and never called me back. I asked for his manager several times but he never gave me the number. Im a first time MB owner, this is not what I expect from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard. Ill never do business here again. Buyer beware of this place. They dont support you after you buy your car here. My car was due for service and I had also lost my wedding band in my Mercedes and Andrew our technician went above and beyond to find it. I will be forever thankful. "Mercedes Benz Oxnard Worst Dealer Ever"
Mercedes Benz of Oxnard is the WORST dealership EVER. Go to Thousand Oaks, BELIEVE me. Its like the blind leading the blind there. Of course very nice and accommodating when purchasing the car. The next day I had to go in to pick something up and they acted as if I didnt even exist. A month later the paint on my car (hood and mirrors started to wrinkle (brand new car) and they said wait to bring it in the next service. Fast forward to the first 10,000 mile service. I scheduled a 3:30 appointment on their online website on a Saturday. I showed up at 3:15 and the service guy looked at me as if I was some crazy person that pulled up. He said they were off at 5 and couldnt service my car and that I would have to come back. He said that normally they dont take appointments that late. So when asked why there was even that option on their site, he replied well people normally just drop their cars off until the next day but that I couldnt because they werent open for service on Sundays....he refused my appointment. So the following week (now that I dont trust their supposed online scheduling system) I called. I made an appointment for 7:00 am on a Tuesday morning. My husband got to the dealership and at 7:05 there was no one there. The service person was late for work. He then proceeded to tell my husband that he couldnt help him until 7:30 because thats when his appointment was for (which was inaccurate because I told the guy I needed the 7 am one because we had to be at work). No one was at the dealership to be serviced at that time except my husband. They "washed" my car and supposedly "topped" it off but thats not accurate but it sure showed on the receipt. No top off, no wash and no resolution as of yet for the wrinkled paint that he admitted the production people must not have set the paint right. Choose another dealer, PLEASE.

My wife and I have been patronizing this MB facility for some years now. They sre authorized to service your MB, which means they know your car in and out. The Sales Staff is honest and helpful if your in the market for a new car. Once you take your vehicle home, scheduled maintenance will be a breeze. Your car reminds you when to service it. You call in, make an appointment and you will be assisted by a Service Associate whom will arrange for your needs. My wifes MB needed its scheduled maintenance. We called and John Barka assisted us. He thoroughly explained what was needed and what to expect. He also patiently, i might add, demonstrated how to pair our phone with our car, since we hadnt been successful in doing it ourselves. John was a true Gentleman. He addressed me with courtesy and sincere patience. The experience was very gratifying.

I can make any comments about the customer service on the store, but certainly have enough to advise on the Internet sales department. My brother (Robert Houghton) has bought a truck through Autonation to this dealer a Month ago, first they changed the rates of % without inform him until the public notary show up (was internet purchase from a different state) to be told we can even take it or they would refund the down payment and how much “waste of time in their side†because they could have sale the truck to someone else. We decided to go forward with the business, setup Transportation company which they cancel without letting us know again and at this point has been a month since truck has been purchase and no one can even return calls or inform when we will get the truck. I would rate this Internet sales department as the poor quality level I have ever experience, and will strongly recommend you if you want to do a Internet purchase to stay away at least from this dealer, I can rate all Autonation for the poor customer service of Mercedes Benz of Oxnar, CA

Delivery of our first Mercedes was 18 years ago in Stuttgart, Germany. It was a new Mercedes E430 together with a factory tour, gourmet lunch at the factory and concierge introduction to all the cars features. We also added a 4-day 5 star tour of Southern Germany, Tyrolia and Austria. Wow was it fun! We just took local delivery of our new 2017 GLC and found it to be as much fun as before. Why? Because it is the car! Getting a new Mercedes is always a red letter day. The treatment you get with a Mercedes is a rare experience in todays hustle, bustle world.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful, informative, attention to detail, customer is always right, can do attitude, rental car met expectations. Reviewed one-year service details prior to car servicing and reviewed work at end of appointment. No delays or inconvenience for customer. All MB customer service people who interacted with me during appointment have been trained well in customer service. Bathrooms clean and very accessible.
