She is very nice and took timid me through the process to a deal I would be foolish not to accept. I now have a three year lease and hopefully I can return at that time and Ill be working again and buy a new car.

I was searching multiple dealers for a rare brand new Audi RS3. This is the first time in history this model came over stateside from Germany. Being an automobile aficionado, I just had to get my hands on one. Majority of these vehicles were pre-ordered with the first batch of inventory arriving in July-Aug of 2017, so they are hard to find. Just as I was about to sign to purchase one of these at an Audi dealer in SoCal with an outrageous mark up, I called Bakersfield Audi. I was very fortunate to have Yudith Duran take my call. She knew I was on a time crunch and within minutes, immediately provided me with all of the details on an RS3 they had on the showroom floor. Within an hour she helped me obtain a great deal I couldnt refuse. I drove from Orange County to Bakersfield the next morning and purchased the car on the spot. She is very easy going and a joy to work with. Yudith provided amazing customer service utilizing various media tools and information to which she provided me with haste and ease. She and her sales director provided me with great service during my stay at Bakersfield Audi. Everyone from the sales, to finance, service, and parts staff were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Their service, and especially Yudiths go-getting, informative, non-pushy personality won me over compared to the competing dealerships in L.A. and Orange County. I will definitely enjoy my drives from Orange County to Bakersfield Audi just to service my vehicle. Mainly for the amicable dealer ambiance and top notch customer service.

Ernie Silva was great. Since there is usually little to be desired in having to get a new vehicle, we were hoping to just get someone nice to help us. Ernie was that and more. He listened to our "spousal banter" and heard what was important to each of us. He wasnt pushy and made this an enjoyable experience, even though I was super tough on him!!
