I can truly say that they went above & beyond to make it possible for me to get a vehicle. I was without transportation & unable to get to my appts or treatment. After being to several other larger dealers that had wouldnt even call me back or work with me. This was my second purchase from them over the last few years. The owners knowing my situation & my budget were generous enough to make a vehicle that was perfect for me possible. Out of the kindness of their hearts they discounted the vehicle and made it happen! I wouldnt have been possible to get into a reliable vehicle if it wasnt for them. Giguere Auto certainly does take care of their customers!

Drove over 4 hours to purchase a GMC Sierra from Jeff and his son Jeff. Firstly, while at the facility, my son had a medical issue that divided our attention and required paperwork to be sent back and forth between the dealership and the medical office. Both Jeffs were more than willing to help us out in this regard, and kindly lent us their fax machines multiple times. They were very patient with us and let us take all the time we needed, we never felt rushed and were at ease with both of them. The truck itself was as described, and was detailed and waiting for us to take for a ride. Test drive revealed a few small problems not uncommon for the age of the truck. Both Jeffs and their on site mechanic dropped what they were doing to diagnose the problems. Both issues were identified and dealt with immediately. I was glad to see they didnt brush us off and showed us exactly what the problems were instead of acting like we were crazy. The purchase and paperwork went very smoothly and was told exactly what each paper was for. Complete disclosures, nothing hidden. Its nice to see truthful people still exist nowadays! Bottom line - amazing customer service, friendly and amazing customer service. Yes, I said it twice because I was blown away by how helpful these folks were. Nothing was too small of an issue. I would recommend Giguere Auto and will be looking them up again when it comes time. Thank you again!

Stay far away. Horrible in every way. After having me come up hundreds of miles from Mass to fix a car sold with many pre-existing conditions, Jeff then he would not honor my warranty. He then began yelling as I calmly left his unkept dealership.

I had written my review to which this dealership responded back in an untruthful manor -he never offered us a used engine-we did cancel the insurance warranty that we had purchased to which the insurance company refunded money to him on our behalf some time ago- he still hasnt credited to our account- please be cautious when dealing with this dealership- and do request that the vehicle you are buying comes with a warranty from them -even if its only 30-60 days-

I was looking for a truck to haul my new camper. Went to other dealerships where they were extremely dishonest. Took a ride one Sunday just looking and came across Giguerro. They were very friendly, and very honest. Only problem I had was I couldnt take it for a longer test drive since the tank was on empty. My husband and I went to this used car dealer to try and find 2 cars for us. We had our untrusting guard up and was prepared to deal with the typical used car dealership experience. We were delightfully surprised when we were greeted by a really awesome, super sweet, down to earth woman (Tara) who introduced us to her husband (Jeff) a really great charismatic down to earth man. We knew we wanted to look at a specific car there and they told us all about the car, pulled it out and let us test drive. Can you believe there was no crummy sales pitch, no guy in a suit pestering us and no pushy business? We couldnt believe it either. My husband and I explained our credit and financial capabilities and had a lot of questions. Never once did they make us feel judged or that we were taking up too much of their time or made us feel pushed or rushed. While Tara started paperwork for us on the car we chose they did not have a second car in their inventory that we wanted so I asked if it was possible for them to try and find me a car as close as possible to the car we already wanted and we were left in shock when their answer was yes we will do our best!!!!! Jeff said he would start looking for us right away and please give him a week maybe week and a half. Holy guacamole if they had not already impressed us we were definatly impressed then. Tara and Jeff were super great explaining paperwork, the processes step by step and everything we wanted and needed to know as we have not had a car loan in a very long time. So 3 days later I got a voicemail from super awesome Jeff telling me he found the perfect car for me and I can come to see it and test drive as soon as I want. I could not believe it and I was cautiously skeptical. I went to see it the next day and I dont know how he did it but this man only spoke to me for about 1 hour total and he picked a car out for me like he has personally known me for years!!! So needless to say I wanted the car and super awesome Tara jumped through hoops and did the paperwork and my husband and I ended up getting both cars. Jeff and Tara are truly fantastic people that treat people right and has completely changed the used car dealership experience.

"Outstanding Buying Experience & Service After Sale"

Giguere Auto is a diamond in the rough among used car buying experience. Jeff, Tara, Jeffrey and Jeremy are all involved in this fantastic family owned business. My wife and I bought a 2009 VW Tiguan AWD from Giguere Auto , and when we got it home I noticed a small oil leak , which I could see was at the top of the engine, and easily missed when being inspected (valve cover gasket) called and let Jeff know the issue. He told me to bring it back when I could get back there , and he offered another AWD vehicle as loaner. That worked out great , because it didnt inconvenience my wifes commute to work. Jeff had his mechanic do another inspection , and discovered the (rear main seal, spark plugs, and the axle ) needed to be replaced. They replaced the parts with quality VW parts. He called to let me know when they were done test driving it , and the loaner was returned. Jeff did everything to repair the vehicle , and more to make certain my wife would be safe in her 2009 VW Tiguan. She loves this thing, and when my 2005 Audi goes to its resting place I will be up to visit Jeff and his family looking for my car or truck. It is very rare that a dealership takes care of its customers like Jeff and his family does. When my co-workers are looking for a quality used car or truck I will send them to Giguere Auto. This dealership believes very much in repeat business , and treating people /customers like family.

I drive by Giguere Auto every day I go to work and the inventory has always impressed me. My wife and I were not in the market for a different vehicle, until the old one died. We were in a bind and needed something fast. We stopped in and were greeted by Bob. We knew right away that we were going to be treated right. We already had an idea of what we wanted, and we were not pushed into something we didnt want. We showed up on the Friday before Christmas at about 2:30. Im sure everyone wanted to get out of there, but Jeff and Tara worked to make sure things were done right, not rushed to just get us out of there. By the way, thanks again for the coffee! The deal was made, the paperwork was signed and we were able to drive away at a reasonable hour with our new vehicle. At the time, we didnt know there was anything wrong with the car. We later found that the windshield wipers were not the ones made for the vehicle, and they were not even properly attached. I called Jeff, and that night we had new, high quality wipers for the car. After putting them on, it became clear that there was a small crack in the windshield, right in the drivers line of sight. It was a problem. I called Jeff again and he made sure that the local glass company came to my work to fix it. Unfortunately, it was not a repairable crack. Another phone call to Jeff, and he told me that I could take the car to the glass company for a new windshield. No questions asked, no complaints, just go get a new windshield. It was amazing to me that the problems we had were handled so quickly and professionally. We didnt have to fight for the right thing, it was just taken care of, the way it should be. To be completely honest, I had reached out on social media asking my friends for advice on Giguere, and the reviews were less than glowing. But, even knowing the bind we were in, Jeff and Tara didnt take advantage of the situation. We bought a $10,000 used car, but they treated us exactly the same as if we had been purchasing a $50,000 brand-new car. We had low expectations going into this experience, but the entire staff at Giguere changed our minds. They were friendly, honest and made sure that we were informed about all of our options during the buying process, whether it was for our benefit or theirs. I would unequivocally recommend Giguere for anyone that needs a quality used vehicle at a fair price. Tara made sure that the paperwork was in order and Jeff made sure the car was taken care of. Regardless of what people have told me, we had a great experience buying from Giguere, and I will certainly give them my business when it comes time to buy again. As a single mother, I am always anxious when looking to purchase a new (well, used but new to me) vehicle. The title says it all, and this is the philosophy of Jeff and his team. This is a small family owned business, who focusses on putting the customer first and doing all they can to make you happy, and to make sure your car buying experience is as smooth as possible. I first emailed via cars.com inquiring about a Honda CRV, and within an hour I had a response from Jeff telling me that the car was still available and if I had any questions to let him know, and that he was glad to here my interest in the vehicle, I had emailed other dealerships to inquire about their vehicles and only got a 2 word response. However, later that afternoon I had a call from Jeff to followup on a time that I could come by and look at the car. The first appointment I made I couldnt make it, and he had no problems rescheduling. When I got to the dealership on Sunday I was greeted by one of his sons who was very personable and explained that his dad (Jeff) was just finishing up with a customer and that he would be right out. About 5 minutes later Jeff came out, took me straight to the CRV and popped the hood (he had nothing to hide and was very open and honest with me). After starting the vehicle his other son came out and was about to move some other cars so that we could get out, again very personable and greeted me with a smile. Hes doing a really good job teaching his boys about customer service, and raising them right, and thats when he told me that he tells his boys that without customer service, there is no business. After a quick test drive I knew I wanted to buy the car, and I did. Jeff was really good at taking care of me, and he made all the paperwork as painless as possible, and his detailing crew did an amazing job cleaning the inside and outside of my car (which is their standard for all their vehicles, and they really know how to make it look great), it looks brand new. Not your typical used car dealership! From the minute Tracey & I stepped onto their lot we were greeted by Corey (one of the salesmen employed there) who immediately asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle. He showed us a Chevy Silverado w/extended cab that we liked. While Corey was retrieving the keys we saw an Avalanche that we liked better so we had him get the keys for that one instead.When he got back, we took it for a test drive and immediately loved it. At that point, thats when we met Jeff & his wife. Tracey & I filled out some paperwork to see what kind of financing we could procure, & because we had some credit issues we were turned down @ the 1st bank. Jeff immediately saw this as a challenge & said he had a few options that he wanted to investigate. He was very honest with us and kept us informed of his progress on a daily basis. We were able to get financing thru a credit union because of his perseverance. We ended up purchasing a much better truck, a few years newer & had under 60k miles. Almost a new truck! By the way, "KUDOS" to whomever they have detailing their vehicles, because the truck looked brand new! Even the bed of the truck had minor scratches, like someone had only hauled cardboard boxes in it. Tracey & I loved the the service and attention to detail so much that we are recommending them to all of our family & friends! Tracey wanted an engagement ring, but instead of going to Jareds we went to Gigueres! P.S.- They also do mechanical work, so we will be stopping in for an oil change & service soon.
