Took my 2017 KIA Sportage in for it’s first oil change (the first one is complimentary). I was immediately greeted at the drive up service departement by Lucas who was more than happy to assist me. I also dealt with Judy at the desk. The facilities are beautiful and I kicked back in the massage chair during the short time I waited for my vehicle. 10/10. Totally recommend!!

After totaling my car, I was forced to find wheels rather quickly (my wife and I share 1 car). After submitting my request online, I had received a reply by 10am the next morning by phone and email. We made an appointment for a test drive, picked out our new ride, and drove off into the sunset. It was that easy. Thank you Luis, Julie, Rob, and Roy. This has been the best car buying experience by far. Need a new car? Route 6 Automall Kia. I highly recommend them.
"Disappointed With Service Manager"
I have purchased 2 new and 2 used vehicles from Route 6 Kia over the years and I have never had a problem, prior to a couple weeks ago. The sales end has always been excellent. The guys are always willing to accomidate me & my needs, & NEVER feel pushy when interested in a car. I have had all of my cars serviced here over the years, & never had a problem; prior to recently. I currently have a 2016 Sorento. I absolutely love it. Ive dealt with the two ladies in service Judy & Darlene & was disappointed when I learned that Darlene was no longer at the dealership. This was my first experience at the dealership after the extensive remodel they did. The place looks absolutely beautiful & the showroom and waiting area are gorgeous. I called the dealership 3 times during the week, trying to get a hold of service. Every time the receptionist would transfer me over to the service line, I would get the answering machine. I left 3 messages and I was never called back. I was disappointed and surprised. I came to find out that Judy was on vacation that week, and I finally got a hold of a gentleman, after the FOURTH time calling. If I recall his name was Mike or Mark and all I needed was an oil change. I called on Monday and finally got a hold of someone on Tuesday, & he told me that they were "booked solid" until the following Monday. I have seen many advertisements about the "new express service & the whole thing about no appointment necessary." How can this be? They couldnt fit me in for 6 days!! I didnt receive an appointment until 6 days later. I took an appt. the following Monday & dealt the gentleman again and he was nice but at the same time unprofessional. After over 90 minutes of waiting for a simple oil change and wash, he informed me that my SUV needed new cabin air filters, and that it would be just another few minutes and were $50 for the two. It took another 30 minutes and ended up being $75. I was very disappointed in the service I received and another gentleman in service apologized for the wait. Next time, I will deal with him or Judy. I do not recommend the Service Manager at Kia of Swansea to anyone, and next time I will deal with another member of service.

I recently was in the market for a new vehicle and shopped around at many dealerships. Out of all the dealerships in the Rhode Island/South Eastern Massachusetts area, I found the guys over at KIA Auto-Mall Route 6 to be very pleasurable to work with. I didnt feel over-pressured at any time to be swindled into a deal, and they were more than willing to work with the customer. I thought it was great experience, and would recommend family and friends in the market for a new car to pay them a visit.

Our initial meeting was with Dan Rego who was very accommodating , letting us test drive a vehicle overnight. Upon returning the next day we discovered that they had on the lot the same model , same color with all the features we wanted. ( They had brought it in overnight) After a test drive we began a very reasonable and stress free negotiation with Mark Franco ( Dan was delivering a car to a customer in Norwood) which ended with an agreeable handshake. Dan Rego then showed us many features of the tech display screen and efficiently processed the paperwork so that we could drive the car home that day . (We had an important event to get to) This was followed by a return visit to get the registration and car sticker which were all handled seamlessly by Kia Route 6 Automall and Dan Rego.(He also provided more expaination about features that I had questions about). Overall we are very happy with our car buying experience and with our Kia Sorento and feel confident our future needs will be handled competently and courteously.

Everything about how Josh G. our sales rep. helped my wife and I was great. There was absolutely no pressure ever to buy. Bought a Forte a year ago, Josh was my salesman and the experience was smooth and fast. I went back yesterday interested in a trade / new lease. Went through the normal process again with Josh. The young man straight up said a deal could be done but in his opinion it would be wise to wait a bit longer to get the payoff on my trade down some so my payments would be lower. A salesman pushing a sale to the side and actually putting a customers best interest at the forefront is unheard of. I give a huge thumbs up to Josh. The young man will be straight up honest and will look out for you. When the time is right i will go back and see Josh -- he has earned my business for life. People ask if car salesman have integrity so i challenge any customer to go see Josh and i bet you will see the integrity in the young man. Its refreshing to see it especially in todays car buying world

Went in to look for a new car. I was expecting the usual attempt to sell me an over priced used car with sky high miles. Prior to going in a number of people referred me saying this place is different. I looked at the inventory online and the usual asking price in the general area for the same vehicle. The prices lower or about the same. Being sales people they greeted my husband and I right away. Im a dont mess around get to the point kind of person and salesman Robbie Lovegrove seemed to pick up on that. He offered to walk around and look or go straight to looking at what I could get. Id rather not test drive or look at something wasting all our time with something I can not afford or want. Right away I was asked if I wanted new or used. I did not think I could get something brand new (just never thought I needed new new). Robbie quickly broke down the pros and cons of both but showing payment differences and warranties, after that new was defiantly something that would be a smart choice. I hate the bargaining game and the waiting. Surprisingly they were really fast and wasted no time. I was hesitant, but they bent to help me. Trading in my old car was super easy. I have had some horrible experiences with car dealers and have witnessed some. This seemed experience has defiantly changed my negative thoughts on dealers. I had anxiety driving onto the lot that morning, but instantly just felt relaxed which was not normal. Robbie was amazing. Happy to say I have a good dealer that I will return to in the future! Love my new Kia Forte!

The service staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, especially Darlene. She explains everything before it is done and gives me a quote. Afterward the service is completed, she explains what was done and goes through the vehicle inspection so I know of any potential issues. There is never pressure to get something done nor have a ever felt that I was being taken advantate of being a woman as I have felt with other service places. It is not always convenient getting to the dealership but it is worth it for me.
