I was very disappointed because I was looking at an Acura through the images provided by Cars.com and I fell in love with it but when I went to look at the car... the car was nothing like how it looked through the images. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to come to this dealership. I wouldnt want you to waste your time and gas.

I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend. First off they had the exact vehicle I was looking for I emailed them told them when I would be there to check it out and they said okay no problem he had plans for easter and waited for me! Very good dealer no room to work on the price but I still feel I got a great deal. They put brand new tires on it for me! Low interest compared to other dealers I check out! Had a few dents and issues but I knew what I was buying maybe some of you wont but do yourself a favor and bring a friend that does also buy Toyota cant go wrong! I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma been almost a month now and its still running great and driving great.

"Buying A 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid Which Then Broke"
Bought a 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid, seemed in good shape, 1 1/2 months later the engine starts shutting down while you are on the freeway or at a high speed which is very dangerous. The dealership told us to bring the car down to them, it has been there 2 weeks now and they just sent it out to Ford to have a diagnostic done. Their managers and asst managers are terrible about letting you know what is going on, and they also try to trick you to take responsibility for the repairs. The buying was easy and we were going to get another car but not after the stress and danger this has put us through and the dealership does not care, they just want to sell cars and it looks like they sell lemons, so be careful out there, if our car is not done this week we will start pickiting out front of both dealerships about the terrible cars and service. Now we find out there is a class action suit filled against Ford for this same problem.

I was looking for a car and browsed some cars online. I contacted Route 66 in regards to a vehicle that I was interested in and they contacted me back fast via email and they would follow up with a phone call. Very friendly and courteous and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Always prompt in answering the phones and returning my call or email. I live in Bakersfield area, Anna stayed in contact with me, I set up an appt. to meet on a Saturday. I got their and they were still very nice assisted me as soon as I arrived. Extremely upfront about the vehicle I was originally was going for, it had some problems. I had a specific $$ amount I was looking at, Ray assisted Anna in answering my questions and they did they best to get me in a car that would suit me. I took a test drive, car ran awesome nice clean, well maintained, they even got it washed while we were completing the papperwork. I would definitely recommend them to other potential buyers, even myself in the near future. :) Thanks Anna & Ray, you are awesome!!

This place is awful. When I first came into their office to inquire about a car, nobody bothered to look in my direction or ask me if I needed help. After a while, a person who just finished his Jack-in-the-Box sandwich finally went outside with me to show me a S2000 I was interested in. He told me that they usually dont let people test drive their S2000 unless they make an offer. I was blown away by his rudeness and left. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I bought a car and after all the documents were completed and started the car the airconditioner was not working. I told the manager and they told me to come back and they will fix it but when I came back they told me that I have to pay for the parts and told me to come back again. I have been calling and received no response. I brake cylinder since has leak and I have to pay for the repair.

this place is a complete rip off..I put a downpayment for car and i drove off with a car and after a week they called me and told me that the finance company didnt approve me and so i had to return the car and when i went back to returned it i asked them bout my money , they told me that they would call me cuz the manager wasnt there , but that they were gonna refund my money.,, so when i get the call they only called me to tell me that i was still owing them money for all the fees and the mileage that i put on the car ,, so i lost my 2500 downpayment and plus that they are trying to charge me another 800 when they promised me that they were gonna refund my money or at least some of it..,, so i dont reccomend this dealer to anyone, they are really a rip off..and they also dont offer any kind of guarantee you buy the car as it is, they said after u drove off from the lot is ur responsability ... so stay away from this dealer..

I bought a car from here two days later the check engine light was on. I wouldnt recommend buying a car from these guys. They seem very nice and well but the cars are junk. PLEASE dont buy a car here. I did and it was a mistake.

Pictures looked great online. Went to see the car in person and liked what I saw. I went for a 2000-2003 Honda S2000. Well I saw a 2005 for almost the same price. Test drove that. The salesman was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Well everything seemed good. So I bought it. I have been happy with the quality of car. Not junk like I have been reading about reviews on Cars.com. I was scared at first. Due to the reviews. But I am happy with the dealer and the car.

This place is a complete rip off. Ipyt a depositon a car over the weekend and the salesman told me tatI had 2 days to think about it if I had second thoughts. I had a change if mind on the deal and whenI tried to get my money back, the salesman told me that I had to pay a $200 dealer restocking fee and $150 cancellation which he nve told me about. Thrywanted me to pay these fees for a cathat I never even drove off the lot.

"Poor Customer Service, Misrepresentation, False Ad"
We drove over 60 miles round trip to view a car that had been listed here and elsewhere on the web with hopes of finding it just as described on their advertisement. I was told by John on the phone that the car was in great condition and there was a very small scratch on the driver side door but that it was hardly noticeable and it did not detract from the cars aesthetics. When we arrived (after a long day at work, as well as the long drive) we found a car that was completely misrepresented. The entire left-hand side of the car from door to front was smashed in from an accident (no left-sided pictures were posted in their advertisements for this reason), the hood was incredibly dented and scuffed up, the headlights had been bleached out by the sun, the wheels that the car had been advertised with were removed and replaced with cheap steel wheels such as the ones your spare tires come on, and to top it all off, a tarp was keeping the rain out of the passenger side as the window was missing. Great shape? Right. More like false advertising to try to get a sucker to pay a commission. To add to the fire, the sellers did not answer any questions and no one was there to greet us. We were treated very rudely from the start. I would highly recommend NOT buying your car from these shady people.
