Really great dealer, was able to work with John JD over the phone and email to make and finalize the deal. They were able to make the process as easy as walking into the dealer taking a test drive, and signing some papers within 15 mins and grabbing the keys. I dont really shop around by dealer and rather look at a single car I like, but looking at the other cars they had on their lot they really have an eye for luxury low milage cars in really great condition. Also highly recommend Charlie and JD for making the process easy. Ill be back in a few years for a newer 7 series.

My mom and I were shopping for a used car for myself, and ended up at Jeepster to look at a few A3s. First, we met Jerry, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and laid-back in his approach to car sales (which i appreciated... Cant stand high pressure sales tactics). He showed us the different A3s they had, and I eventually found the one that felt right for me. My mom even ended up finding a Mini that she really liked on the lot, and John and Jerry were very helpful with letting us check it out, and we ultimately decided to purchase both vehicles. We also had a trade-in, and John was very helpful with the paperwork process and we left feeling we had been treated fairly and respectfully, and definitely enjoyed the car buying process from Jeepster.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR 2 MONTHS AND WAS GETTING TIRED WITH ALL THE RUN AROUNDS AT OTHER DEALERS. I CAME IN SAW THE CAR THAT I LIKED AND DROVE HOME WITH IT. THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MIKE THE FINANCE MANAGER AND RECEIVED A SHOCK. I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO TELL ME MY LOAN WAS NOT APPROVED. INSTEAD HE SAID THAT IT WAS OK AND THAT I NEEDED TO COME BACK IN BECAUSE THE INTEREST RATE WAS LOWER BY 2 POINTS. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT HAD EVER HAPPENED TO ME.
