I send a request to test drive a listed car for the day after for after work at 6pm. A rep responded informing me that the car is reserved and ready. I left work early and called the rep. No answer. I called the main number and they told me the rep stepped out and will call me back. Never received a call. I get there at 6 and they inform me that the car was sold a few days ago but I can look at other cars. I just left. I guess it was a hook!

Best Place to buy high quality used cars!! Firstly there was no sales pressure. You can just try driving any number of cars before you choose the final one. They dont disturb you while you check the models. Paperwork was done quickly and Jonathan was a friendly lad. Highly reliable and straight forward. I will continue to use their service!

I called Eastern Motors after hearing there slogan for several years. At first I was a little worried because of my credit and had been to several dealerships in the past where as they promised to get you in a car and riding (LIES WASTE IF TIME)Unfortunately I lost all hope by constantly getting turned away! So I was a little leary at first but what the heck I gave it a shot. So here it goes as a quick run down.... I did the application online I received a call and an email. However I got cold feet and didnt show up. I received another email and they asked why havent I been in. So I explained I was scared because so many promises had been made only to be let down in the past. So Im working my phone rings and its a very pleasant young man on the other end from Eastern Motors who introduced himself as Jonathan. Jonathan was in great spirits and assured me he could get me riding. I gave him a quick rundown of my credit, and told him that I only have an hour because it would be on my lunch break and had to get back to work. After his assurance I left and headed over at our discussed time. When I arrived I met the most well mannered and professional young man that I have worked with in quite some time. He was very organized, he knew information about the recommended vehicle, because I had none in mind I just know I wanted to ride safely and not so costly. I must admit Jonathan DELIVERED!!!! This man went above and beyond.... he got me approved but my lunch break was over so I had to run. Guess what Jonathan did.... he delivered my new vehicle to me!! I had to call and tell the world! Listen... if he could get me riding they can help anyone!!!! Eastern Motors should be more than happy to have an asset to there company such as Jonathan De La Edpada he was amazing!!! I would recommend him to anyone and for the record if I owned a car dealership I would steal him from you lol!!
