Mike Kope, at Gardena Nissan, sold me my car. He was FANTASTIC! The individual attention I received was outstanding. From the first day, I knew he was the right person for me. He was always helpful and polite, and he explained everything to me in language I could understand. I have driven a Nissan since 1991. This is my 5th Nissan. I am an EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Rudy Medina was awesome, he made the buying experience easy. purchased a 2015 Kia Sedona for a great price. make sure to negotiate a good APR..... One of the upper managers try to sell with a 6.9% APR... when i asked, how come so high, his response was that they need to make money too.. Telling this to someone with a credit score of about 780?.

I came into Nissan thinking they were going to be the same. I called in and spoke with Rudy, the internet manager. He said that they do things differently at Gardena Nissan, and I was a bit thrown off since I figured they were all the same. Usually when Ive visited a dealership, I feel judged, but here, I felt like I was important. Rudy ask me some questions, and took me over to a Sentra with very few miles. I did not think things would work out because it seemed way too easy. I filled out some paperwork and within a couple of hours, I went from having a car that would not start (towed to the dealership by the way) to having a less than 10,000 mile car with an amazing price. I suggest that anyone reading this could come by and talk to Rudy. I think the boss in charge was named Mike. He was very professional and didnt seem judgmental even though my car came here on a tow truck. I highly recommend these two guys. Thank you.

I just purchased a car from Gardena Nissan on January 1, 2016. I was the first customer of the year and the first sale of the year for salesman Nokia. I originally inquired with Gardena Nissan about six months ago but at the time I was not ready to purchase. I worked with Nokia and he continued to follow up with me over the last six months. He consistently checked in with me as he provided several follow-ups. When I decided to purchase I made sure to go back to Gardena Nissan even though there is a Nissan dealership not even 10 minutes from where I live. I traveled over one hour due to the customer service that I received. Between Nokia and the manager Mike they made the process hassel free and they provided excellent service. I requested on-line quotes from 7 different Nissan dealers in the LA area for a new 2014 Altima, and Gardena Nissan was the lowest price. Their internet/fleet manager, Anna Aiello, was extremely helpful and went well out of her way to locate the exact model with the exact features I was looking for. (She had to trade with another dealer to get the car.) All the people I met at the dealership were exceptionally friendly. The free popcorn was a nice extra. All in all, an unusually refreshing experience with heart-mindful people in a family-friendly atmosphere.

The process of getting me in the door was superb! All intial contact with everyone was excellent. However, the novelty wore off quickly when I wasnt the easiest to sell to. My salesperson was good because he wasnt fake, he was all about sticking to facts and needs. We only bumped heads a little bit when I challenged the sticker price. Im sure he could have sold the car for a higher price and I left with my purchase feeling every bit of that from him. Aside from that, he got the job done.
