"Out Of Towner Jerked Around With Recall"

The day before I was to return home from my vacation I noticed a transmission leak. A minor repair was made by the device department but it was noted that there was a new recall on the truck and they were concerned about me driving it. The truck was brought in on a Friday but the part would not be in until Tuesday. I delayed my return and told them to fix it. The service tech was aware of my need to leave asap because I needed to return home. Tuesday morning I called and was told the part was in. I called repeatedly through out the day and was given later and later finish times until I was finally told it would not be done that day despite knowing my need to return home. The next day I called at 1:30 and was told it was done but just needed a test drive. After receiving no call to tell me it was finished, I called at 4 and was told my service tech was at lunch but the truck was just now getting the part installed. I told them no more jerking me around. I wanted it at 5. I tried to get a service manager who wasnt there and they didnt know when she would return. I tried to talk to the manager of the dealership and was told he quit last week. Finally my sister who has worked several years as a service tech at another dealer, called and then they decided it was finished. We all know warranty work is done last but this was the ultimate in bad customer service.

After emailing back and forth, we agreed on the price. The process of going in and actually paying for it was Fast and easy. But they do try to up sell you everything from floor mats to extended warranty.

Jaime called me and gave what was emailed to me for out the door. I got lots of emails and calls on price of the Nissan Rogue. All I wanted was the OTD price and finally got what I wanted to pay. At first was told had to finance with Nissan but Jaime fixed it so I could use my financing. After doing paper work getting the car was very slow but other than that liked talking to the staff.

I found a car that I wanted online located at Stadium Nissan. Since I had already secured financing, I intended to check the car out, and let my bank handle the rest. I had a few back and forths via email with Erica who assisted me with info I needed, and then scheduled a time for me to come and look at the car. Erica referred me to Ryan, as this was her day off (amazing that she helped me even though she was not at work) Ryan was able to assist me 5mins after I arrived. He immediately took me on a test drive and gave me details about the car. I inquired about financing with Nissan, and he looked into what offers were available - which was $750 cash back. We ran the numbers, and even though the interest was higher with Nissan, I still came out ahead with the cash-back offer (which I used for the downpayment.) Although the day went a different direction than I anticipated, I am happy that I made the drive to Stadium Nissan - it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences Ive ever had...I would definitely refer them to anyone in the market for a Nissan automobile.

I went to this dealership to ask about a lease deal for a Nissan Leaf. The price that the sales rep quoted me was higher than what my budget was. So I said to him that this was above my budget. His response was "Perfect, so I can go and eat my breakfast", then he got up and walked past me and back to his breakfast. He just left me there at the desk. I did tell the manager and his response was what I expected the sales rep to do if the price was too high????? I pointed out that this isnt how customers should be treated to which he somewhat agreed. Im still stunned by this treatment. Btw Im writing this from a VW dealership where Im in the process of signing up for an egolf.

Upon arrival Stadium Nissan associates were very polite and even offered my husband Pizza as we waited. The car I choose was ready when I got there and they kept true to the quoted price on the vehicle I choose. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Great Customer Service.

Worst service I have ever received. The service staff was rude, the mechanics did not know what they were doing or did not care.. When I asked to speak to the GM they refused. Do NOT take your car here for service, you will be sorry.

Took it for a drive test and now its mine :) very happy with it and love it. I received an online quote from their internet manager, dion and bought the car from him the next day. during the transaction a slight problem was created by the finance guy, but the dealership very quickly fixed the situation. we got the car we wanted at the quoted price, and were in and out in about 90 minutes. it would have ben quicker if we hadnt stayed for the fre bq lunch provided on mothers day wekend.

Excellent customer service in the service department. I bought my first Nissan here through the internet department. I felt confident in them to purchase a second car from the regular sales department. They tried to sell me a used 2013 car without disclosing it to me. Also, told me they were getting a car from another dealership to be picked up the next day and then told me the next day they sold it to someone else. Very poor treatment of a previous customer.

I recently reviewed a car from this dealer on Cars.com. In the statement the dealer makes about the car there were two claims made that when I checked on the CarFax report were untrue. They stated the car was a "fresh one owner trade-in" and that the car "passed inspection with flying colors". On the car fax it states the car has had three owners and failed, but then passed its emissions test. It just makes me think twice about dealing with someone that doesnt get their facts straight.

Immature Internet Director. I wonder how he got his job. After working with sales in discussion and a test drive, I was passed to Damien Leforbes to review the numbers. Damien Leforbes was rude, more interested in checking his cellphone for personal business, and seemed stressed out during our two minute conversation. I simply walked out. He is incapable of performing his job. Makes me wonder how he got there. I feel sorry for anyone who works under him and for Stadium Nissan of the many sales he personality lost.

This is the BEST dealer i have EVER gone. the sells men Jonathan helped my dreams come true by the way he helped me get a new car my plans were on getting a used car but he showed me some great deals by the way allot of the new cars had 5 years of warranty and he was really patient with me by the way i couldnt decide what car i wanted to get. why is this the best dealer you say because their not like other dealers that rip you off he was sincere with you by the way he wants you to have the BEST car that will SATISFY you with no problems. I was contacted very quickly, but was constantly being shuffled around to different people. Come to find out the vehicle I was interested was already sold! Unless you plan on going in right away after inquiring, then it would probably be a good place and you can deal with the same person. If you go in a different day, youll just get shuffled around.
