One of the best used car dealerships Ive been too. They have a great selection of high end used cars that are all very clean and very well maintained. The pricing is also excellent and the sales people are very helpful. They dont force you to buy an expensive car, but rather help you to make a wise investment. The overall process of getting approved and purchasing the car was very easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Tiggys Auto to anyone looking to buy high quality used cars.
"Best Place To Buy Luxury And High-end Used Cars!!"
Honestly, I LOVE this place. I went to buy my daughter a car for her 17th birthday/graduation and she is VERY picky with what car she likes. I was greeted as I approached by a salesman as soon as I walked in and he asked what we were looking for. I told him it was a car for my daughter and he immediately brought us the keys to a couples BMWs and Mercedes. He showed us some really nice cars like the BMW 3 series and Mercedes C class (and even gave me suggestions based on which cars would be cheaper for insurance). My daughter test drove 6 different cars until we settled on 2012 Mercedes C250. The buying process was really simple, the owner of the dealership, Tony, personally filled out all the paperwork and got all the approvals and helped me out with my loan, given my credit. While we were waiting for the paperwork, Tony noticed that my car was kind of dirty and had it cleaned and detailed for free. So we ended up driving home in two clean cars, of course my daughters new Mercedes looked much nicer. Weve had this car for about a month now and my daughter loves it, no problems yet! Woudl highly recomment this place if you want clean. luxury and high end cars. They have lots of fully loaded, new model cars and they do work with low credit like mine.
"Bad Customer Service"
To be honest my experience with this particular dealer was not good at all. I filled out a pre approval credit check form online and was not contacted. I then filled out an interest form and was contacted. The gentleman that called then asked me how my credit was. I explained to him that I had filled out a pre approval form and that I was hoping he could just take a look at that. He said he would call me back after he did. About an hour later I recieved another call asking if I was still interested in the car. I said yes I am interested in the car, did you take a look at my credit application? He said no let me do that and give you a call back. I have not heard from them since and that was a week and a half ago.
