Walmart) :) Jide Alarapon/Business Manager, explained the different packages they offer & took time to answer All the questions/concerns that I had!!! Bought a bmw on feb 20, 2017 drove it home the dame night, next day didnt realize the radio button wasnt working properly, called the salesperson about it, was told to bring it in next day and it was going to be fixed. Just it off the lot and once again it was NOT! Called back and was told i would get a call the next day about bringing in the car (once again) still nothing. Spoke to another person and still no response from anyone, emailed a few people and still nothing has been resolved. Not sure if i should return my purchase this weekend and get my money back and do business elsewhere! Giving it another day! I hope im wrong about doing business with this dealership!

Simply put, Farouk turned what is typically a dreadful and tiring experience into a quite enjoyable and painless one. He was honest, patient, not pushy, and carried an overall excellent demeanor throughout the entire process of getting my wife and I into the vehicle we needed at the right price. Moreover, he was naturally charismatic and did not use any of the base sales tactics unfortunately utilized by others in the industry. In fact, he brought to my attention a minor defect in the vehicle I leased without me even noticing it and made the proper arrangements to get the same corrected right away.
