"The Car Did Not Even Exist!"

After they placed the car in their ad I drove 45minutes to check it out they could not find it and the salesman was dishonest. I noticed this car is still listed!! I knew the prices of the other cars on the lot so I thought I would play dumb and ask how much they were, he overpriced each by thousands. I left the lot in disgust!

"Misleading Information!"

I Went there to buy a car they had advertised online and they would not give me the car at the price that they were advertising. They wanted $4000 more. SCAM!!!

My experience was really good. Great customer service and great and quick responses to my questions. Overall i was really happy about everything.

"Scam, Be Aware"

Hi there, Im going to be brief on my review. I called today twice and was told by unprofessional phone representatives, wrong, misleading information with an attitude. I went online and read all the bad reviews from several websites and people. Luckily, Ive read the reviews before I went to buy a vehicle from them... I noticed that there were a lot of people angry about the dealership and the salesmen scamming the system. Bottom line, if you really want to go the extra mile to take them out of business, contact the local "Chamber of Commerce, then Police department (Commercial Crimes division), then the City Attorneys office (to file a complaint), the BBB (Better business bureau), then the DMV, In California, the DMV regulates drivers, but the DMV also determines the requirements and regulations that all dealers have to adhere to. "Do Not Buy A Car Here"

I bought a 2008 dodge magnum. The advertised price, i was told, was a "silent auction price". After negotating for FOUR hours, i got the car. A month went by and i had not received my payment coupons. I did not know who to make my payment out to. I called the dealer and they said to go make first payment there. Once a dealer takes your payment, they are required to carry out the loan if they do not find financing. I did not know this until after..... I called a week later, they said i have to bring the car in. They did not find financing. They said that there were salesmen making shady deals and they fired almost half the staff. I got a verbal lashing from someone because I was mad. I took the car back and they refunded me all my money. Their tactics are shady and not honest. DO NOT BUY HERE.

"Misleading Information! Bad Service!"

I gave them a call to see if a car was in inventory and was provided complete misleading information. Price advertised is not accurate, they went up $4000 with no chance of negotiation. Just bad business. Go somewhere else for honest business.

"Great Experience At This Dealer..."

I was interested in a 2008 Dodge Charger that I saw online. It had low miles and was priced low. When I got to the lot, I was greeted by Luis who asked what I was interested in. I told him icame to see the Charger and quickly grabbed the keys to show me the vehicle and asked if I wanted to take it for a drive. After the test drive, I told him about my credit situation and that I would be needing to finance a vehicle with a bad credit score, he assured me they would do everything possible to have me drive home in that vehicle. After running my credit, there were definitely some issues that most places would turn me away, but they truly worked with me. The manager on duty that night, Jorge really went out of his way to give me the monthly payment I wanted. The first week I had the car, there was a minor issue with the electronic ignition...with no questions asked, they had my car sent to the dodge dealership nearby to fix it, and loaned me a car while it was being fixed...again, no questions asked!! I would definitely send my friends and family here, and probably buy my next car from them too. Special thanks to Chris, for helping me improve my credit by financing me!

"Not Worth Your Time Or Money"

Dont waste your time or money! These people were friendly, but would not work with me as a cash paying customer. I was given the run around and then some. I was repeatedly lied to. No carfax available. If you are financing they seem nice enough, but then again they charge you an arm and a leg for it! There are lots of other much better places to purchase from.

They really helped me Finance a car when no one else would, not even Carmax. They worked with me on the down payment gave me six weeks to come up with more down so I could get the payments I wanted. I would reccomend anyone who is trying to finance a car and cant get approved anywhere to go there!!

I recently financed a 2007 Chrysler 300...and had excellent customer service.The sales man tried to do everything possible for me to walk out with the vehicle. Not until today i started reading the online reviews on this dealership, when i was amazed of what was being said. I went ahead and called the dealership and spoke to the "OWNER ANDY" to address my concerns when i realized what WAS BEING SAID WAS TRUE! THE OWNER WAS RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION AND DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL ANY BETTER OF WHAT WAS BEING STATED ONLINE, NEITHER DID HE TRY TO TAKE CARE MY OF MY OWN PERSONAL CONCERNS ABOUT MY OPINION ON THE REVIEWS. I ADDRESSED HIM ABOUT A INTERESTED FAMILY MEMBER WHEN HE SARCASTICALLY SAID,"MAKE SURE THEY DONT COME IN WITH MONOPOLY MONEY."THAT COMMENT MADE ME FEEL THAT HIS APPRECIATION FOR HIS CUSTOMERS WAS NOT VALUED.I HOPE THIS IS NOT TRUE BUT ANYONE THAT DOES DECIDE TO GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A CHANCE LIKE MYSELF, IM GIVING THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT TO REDEEM THEM SELF FROM THERE NEGATIVE COMMENTS EVERYWHERE ONLINE! SO FOR ANDY, MAYBE YOU SHOULD TRY GOING ONLINE AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE LIVE IN A ERA WHERE WE BASE ARE SPENDING CHOICES ON OTHERS EXPERIENCES..WHETHER THAT BE THROUGH WORD OF MOUTH, INTERNET REVIEW, OR CLOSE RELATIVES LIKE MYSELF..I WOULD OF PERSONALLY NOT GONE HERE IF I WOULD OF INFORMED MYSELF BEFORE I FINANCED MY VEHICLE.

"Attempted Rip Off!!"

I went with my wife to check out, and possibly purchase, a red 2007 Chrysler 300 that was offered at $10,995. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealer the pushy salesman raised the price to $18,000 because the car had 22 inch wheels. In what universe are 22 inch wheels worth six thousand dollars? I have been shopping for a 300 for about three weeks now and this is by far the shadiest dealer Ive encountered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!

"Scam Artists - Classic Bait And Switch - Beware!!!"

I originally reviewed this dealer over a month ago but this site never posted by review. I think it was a little too detailed for their taste but its a review that I believe must be done. So let me try this again in a much shorter and less detailed way. I hope the bottom line (all pun intended) will still get across. About a month ago the wife and I drove down to this dealer to purchase a car we saw on this site. First the sales guy was chatting away on the phone didnt even acknowledge that we were there. This should have been a sign for us. But we decided what the hey, were here might as well check out the car. Finally when he decided to make conversation with us about the car and its price, told us that they do not honor any online pricing and the price of the car was thousands more than what was listed online. Were talking about a car with paint chipped off, broken tail lights (not the light bulbs but the lens), major scuffs on the rear bumper, and dirty carpets. When I told him what the cars blue book worth was, which was only a few hundreds more than the online price since this was the "top of the line model", he said hed be willing to sell it at that price. However, before he could take a breath he changed the price back to the what it was when we first started. Needless to say, when we got home I checked online to see if the car was still there and it was, but the online price has now been changed to split the difference between what the blue book says the car is worth and the asking price he was trying to sell the car for. Its been a little over a month now and the price hasnt changed and the car hasnt moved. DONT waste your time going here if youre in the car buying business. On the other hand, if you want to join the rest of us in writing reviews of this place, I highly recommend it.

"Do You Even Want To Sell A Car?"

Went to look at three cars they had listed. none of them were there. I asked the salesman to show me to other cars, the salesman said ok and went to get the keys, I walked over to the first car and waited and waited and waited for the salesman who got the keys and then sat down out front and talked to other sales people. I went back up to the front and asked if he was going to show me the cars? then he got up and said sure. the first car would not start. the second car had a sales price in the window, but the salesman said that price was from the sale last weekend and the price now was 5,000 dollars higher. this was on a friday you would think that if the sale price was from the weekend before it would have been out of the window by friday. then the salesman walked away and I guess we were done. Very Strange I would think in todays economy they would want to sell anything they could.

"Beware! Bait And Switch. Dishonest Dealer"

Beware of this dealer. The prices you see are not the prices they charge. I test drove a car there and then filled out an application to buy it - for cash. They came back with an offer $2,000 higher than the advertised price. The guys said that the charge was for "Dealer Prep." Needless to say, I didnt buy. Dont waste your time with this dealership. They are dishonest.

If they dont understand the difference between a manual and automatic when they list their cars, why would you trust anything else they say?

"Lemon Cars"

I went on a test drive and the vehicle stopped on me. They also ran my credit and approved me for a vehicle but they raised the price because I wasnt paying cash. Do not use this place unless your looking for a lemon vehicle.
