We decided to look at Kias after talking to our son and daughter-in-law in NJ, as they have two and love them. Ah, "The Good Old Days". Remember how nice it used to be to go downtown and shop and the store clerks knew you by name and you received that personalized service? How nice that was. But then there were the car salesmen! You dreaded having to go to a dealership to buy a new car. As soon as you walked through the door they came running at you to be the first so they could get their commission. How my husband and I dreaded that. Fortunately for a lot of people, there is Executive Kia of Wallingford. Here you are not treated like you were just dollar signs. No matter who you deal with, everyone helps. Always pleasant as you are greeted coming in the door. We have been doing business for 19 years with this group and we wouldnt even think of going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, be it new or used. They give you the best price up front. There is no haggling. The best possible price is what you get. We recently purchased a KIA Soul and Jorge Dominguez and Joe Ortiz helped us through the process. Of course everyone there greeted us as we walked in for our appointment to pick up our Soul. Everyone knew we were there to pick it up and looked truly happy for us. The process went smoothly and my husband was so happy as he pulled out of the showroom. But (and there is always a but) the best part of all of this is knowing that when our Soul needs servicing we will have the best service department there is to be had. Was able to lease a 2017 Sportage with the "popular package" out the door with no money out-of-pocket for about the same monthly payment I would have if I bought it outright for 72+ months with a hefty down payment. Im not big on electronic whiz bang gadgets and have had trouble connecting my phone, ipad with cable (can do it by bluetooth but I expected the cable connection to work), but the car is a car, nothing special.

I purchased my Kia Forte in March 2016 from Executive Kia. They made the buying process easy and stress free. I went to the Service Dept. for my first oil change and the service was great. Then I scheduled my Forte to have a remote starter input last month. I called and spoke to shop supervisor 2x before and was given a set price and was told my loyalty discount would be applied when i came in for the service and it should not take longer than 2 hours (I didnt know how this worked so I assumed 2 hours was sufficient time). I go to the appointment, told I would be all set to come back later on today and that the procedure is longer than 2 hours. I was a little upset but I get it and would like my part installed the proper way. I go walking around the area for 30 minutes or so to only get a call from the sales rep who says "we have two problems. 1: they sent in the wrong part. The box says push to start but they sent us a key starter so we cant do your starter today. 2: the price you were given already includes the loyalty discount and we cant mark it down lower." I"m already annoyed that I was gone for half and hour, and told they couldnt install my starter when i booked the appointment two months prior and they had my part a lot sooner than when i got there. Why didnt anyone open the product to ensure it was ok to begin with? Why wasnt there a courtesy call about the process and what to expect when I signed up for it? Why did two separate people tell me my price would be different but when i go there I am getting charged more? I talked to the service dept. supervisor and all he had to say was "Im sorry about this but you have to love when the manufacturer sends the wrong part." There wasnt "anything we can do for the inconvenience of you coming down in the first place" NOTHING. I had to argue for the price I was promised and to ask for a free oil change or something because I was upset at all the unprofessionalism I was dealing with. How arent they all on the same page? The supervisor finally agreed to both terms, told me they would receive the new part by Tuesday and I would get a call then. Now, here I am well over 2 weeks and havent heard a thing yet! SO, I called the service department this morning and was put on hold to only find out the part is back ordered and they are not sure when it is coming in because of that but for ME to keep calling. The mistake was already on your end before, why do I have to keep calling for a service/business I am giving to you? TWO employees told me they would call me that Tuesday yet here we are. A common courtesy call about the delay would have been nice going forward as I was told I would be contacted with the updates to begin with. I am just getting very annoyed with how things are going on and may very well take my business to a different kia dealer who may have it more together.

I traveled almost 2 hours one way from home to buy a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Executive Kia. I had done my homework and found they had a very good price and a low mileage vehicle. What helped me so much was that I was able to purchase my car, get it financed, insured, and ready to drive home on the same day! I am a younger female who was looking to find a reliable car, that was in my price range, that had all my wants, and wasnt going to put me in the mechanics everyday. Which I know sounds impossible. Sherece A. Mad six was absolutely the best sales rep I have ever encountered and I am so thankful I had her. She was so caring and understand towards my wants, needs, and price range. Not once did she try to pressure me into any thing nor did she try to get me to go "a little higher". She understand what I wanted. Not only did she act this way the first day, she continued searching for me after my first time there. Called me and emailed me asking me my preferences. The second time I went in, she had the exact car I wanted. Not only did she go out of her way to find me a car, she found one with exactly every little thing I wanted, low miles, just out of a lease, in my price range, etc. I could go on for days about how helpful Sherece is.
