Buying a car is never fun; UNLESS you go to Rodman Ford. From the second I walked in the door they were attentive and helpful and friendly! I have the opportunity of working with Wayne D. He made the experience fun and completely stress-free. He was very informative about every aspect of the vehicle I was interested in. He sat with me and helped me work through which options were best for me and would fit my budget. After coming to an agreement he even gave me an amazing and educational tour of the building from the sales department, to a tour of the service department and even showing a great area I could bring my computer to get some work done if I was in getting service done! The sales manager Bill was so friendly and thankful for my business, Ive never felt better about a purchase before in my life! Even after the sales agreement; the guys in finance Mark and Jordan worked so hard to get my deal completed by the credit union I had chosen. Even with a few hiccups they kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. This is one of the best dealerships around and I would highly recommend it to anyone thats looking for a new or used vehicle; its a family owned company that welcomes you right from the beginning. You wont find a better vehicle, a better deal, or better service.

Ive been fortunate to have bought a few new cars but never have I had a better experience. I live in Medford but was tired of local dealers so my wife and I visited Rodman Ford. The representative from Rodman was Marco Imbergamo he truly made buying a car fun. Ive never been a car guy but I have to say Im in love with my new car. The crew at Rodman was unbelievable from Marco to Jordan it was such a pleasure dealing with them their professional attitude, knowledge and personalities were the best I loved every minute and because of them Ill do all my car business at Rodman!

I recently inquired about a Ford Explorer I saw online. They responded to me quickly answered all my questions about the vehicle and invited me down at my convenience. We came down that Saturday and was greeted by a nice young salesman named Tommy. He sat us down, asked us a few questions, pulled the explorer up we were interested. The car was clean, had good tires, smelled good and was everything we could have wanted. after the test drive they looked at my trade in , the pricing was easy since they are a one price store and it was priced right. I told them what I wanted for my trade, the deal was done in under 1 hour. I saw Mark in finance, he got me a great rate and made the process simple and easy. When we came out of Finance our car was cleaned and gassed and waiting with out plates on it. Tommy showed us all the technical gizmos in the vehicle, paired our phone to the bluetooth, set our info into the navigation and we were off in our beautiful Explorer. Head down there if you are looking for a car. This place was great!!!

"Automatic Car Starter Installed"

I came in on Monday, April 17th to have a remote car starter installed in my car. After waiting 2 and half hours I was told they just started it. I was completely ignored when I asked Tiffany at the desk what was going on. At 11:20 Victor came and told me they were just starting my car. Tiffany said it was an outside company and they had no control over them. I was told an hour and a half to 2 hours and it took 3 and a half hours .

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our 2016 Fusion Hybrid. Caitlin was professional and very easy going, taking all of the stress out of the car buying experience. There was no pressure and since we had done our homework prior to arriving at the dealership, there was no need for haggling. As I was ready to upgrade my 2001 Mustang convertible I searched the web for prices. Although I was only considering buying another car at that time, I came across a reasonably priced used 2014 Mustang at Rodman Ford. I received a call from Andrew at Rodman almost immediately after clicking on the web page describing the car. Within a few hours I was driving the car I saw online! The sales person, Caitlin, greeted me in the lot and took me on a test drive. While I was easily sold on the car, the customer service I received was terrific! I bought a 2016 Ford Escape in November and Diane Carter helped me through the entire process. She was great! She was very knowledgeable and seemed to actually care. I would highly recommend seeing her if youre looking to purchase a new or used car. After agreeing to a deal I had to see the finance manager to finish the process, and he was awful. If he spoke to my mother the way he spoke to me things probably would have ended differently. He called me stupid, pretended to hit me over the head with a stapler and was extremely angry, all because I did not want to purchase an extended warranty. I get it, thats how he makes a living, but hes lucky I have a lot of patience and was more amused than anything at how angry he got. Overall, the experience up until seeing the finance manager was great, all thanks to Diane! I would definitely buy another car from her.

Had to get a car in a fix and the white glove treatment that I received from the moment I stepped on the lot until I left was seamless, easy, and painless. They even called the following day to see how the car was and to just check in. Diane was my Sales lead and was upfront on pricing, cost of ownership and maintenance. We walked the lot for about 45 min looking at cars and she was very knowledgable about every single car; its miles, year and amenities. Sheryl was my finance lead and I have never met a more put together person and her togetherness on the process of all of the daunting paperwork. She went over everything and even explained the benefits of the warranties both current and extended and really eased any fears I had. I explained I needed to be in a certain price point and we were only off by 4 dollars and 12 cents. The car was then detailed as I finished signing all of the paper work, taxes, tags and registration were also all handled in minutes. I had a pseudo exit review with one of the executives about my overall experience. All done in less than 3 hours. I am indebted to the staff and team members at Rodman.
