So I am 17 looking for kind for my first car. I found this 2009 BMW 128i for around 10,000 on carfaxs. My father and I though it was both to good to be true but after begging him to come we saw the car was in great condition and runs perfectly fine after a test drive. Now I am a happy owner of a new used car.

I came into Auto direct after looking on-line for a new car after i lost my car to an accident. The service there was excellent, i was helped by many that were very knowledgeable and helpful. The people at this dealership are professional and very straightforward. Theres no fuss and the process is very easy and comfortable. The salesmen and owners are great people and allow you to look at a car without someone looking over your shoulder and take the time you need and want to look at a car. What a wonderful environment. They have such an amazing selection. From the second I stepped in the door it was a warm feeling. There is no pressure like some dealerships. I came into purchase a used car. The prices were pretty reasonable, the mileage on the vehicles was just what I was looking for and I was able to find my ideal car. They are a family centered dealership, everyone was pretty hands on, when you come in the dealership no one is on you trying to figure out what you want immediately (which I liked, I like to walk around freely until I actually need help). As soon as I needed assistance someone was able to help me. They held on to my car for a little due to money issues (trusting that I was positive about purchase) and I was able to purchase within a few days. There was an issue with the tire pressure (I came in and they were able to take care of it no questions asked).
