Watch out for this stealership. The history of the carfax they show is not register to the dmv yet. Once you buy the car and it got registered to the dmv. You will see your car title either salvage or branded. Also all they car got some kind of accidents. They wont tell you.

Bought 2014 GS 350 with 23,300 miles. . Nice car and good price for the miles. I like the no pressure sale. They were nice and helpful. I inspected the car for about an hour since I used to be in the auto Industry and have a good idea of what to look for. I was not pressured or rushed. Once It passed my inspection I took it for a spin and again they were flexible. As part of my test drive I like to go through freeways, city streets and preferably rough roads to hear for any weird sounds or rattles. Again, I was satisfied so at the end I bought the car and the transaction was as smooth as the drive on the Lexus :).

My husband and kids have purchased many cars. Ive watched them do this for years. I never wanted to do so since it always seemed like a hassle. We found this place and a car from there. Chris was amazing!!! We lived far and he helped over the phone soooo much that we only had to come in sign and check the car out. The cars in the lot are soooo well kept and like new. After looking off and on for a Lexus for 6 months, I found the best deal at Hi Auto. First of all...all the cars on the lot were clean and detailed, touched up, had car mats, were clearly labeled with year and pricing, and decent selection. They facilitated taking the vehicle to Lexus for an inspection and then when only very mild problems were found they corrected them without argument. They changed the oil and put a new battery in the day of purchase as well. They also rewashed the vehicle on the day of purchase. I also financed the vehicle with them because they found a better rate than I could find, and it was fast and easy. Lastly, I even purchased an extended warranty because it was such a good deal (I had done my shopping on that as well). They were personable and efficient. NO pressure. NO haggle. I would purchase from them again in the future.

When my old car conked out on me I was left with the unenviable task of purchasing a new car. After a short process of whittling down the type of cars that I wanted I found the particular car at several dealerships. Hi Auto Sales had the lowest Internet price right off the bat and it seemed fairly competitive to the blue book value. So I rolled into Hi Auto Sales with some trepidation about what to expect. In the past Ive dealt with pushy salesmen and bait and switch situations (the car being listed much higher than it is online) Luckily Hi Auto Sales had the desired car for exactly how much it was listed for online. I met with the salesman Don and we rolled out for a test drive and he didnt spend the entire time trying to push the car on me but rather let me take the car through its paces. When we returned I was sure this was the car I wanted. So we settled down to making a deal (my least favorite part of the car-buying interaction). They checked out my trade-in and give me a very good price. We reached a deal that was solid for both parties. In the entire interaction Don give me no pressure, which was much appreciated. I was able to get out of there in a zip relatively. The thing that took this dealership over the top was their honesty and you cant beat the price! All in all Id highly recommend stopping by this dealership if they have the car youre looking for.

I went there with my husband looking for a car. We drove from Riverside just to look at that vehicle, when we get there they tell us to look around. We did. Then we went into the office and was overwhelmed by all the birds they had. We asked if we could test drive the vehicle and were told to come back on another day because there was too many cars blocking the one we liked. They were so unprofessional and demanding. I would never shop there. I dont understand why they have any good reviews.

The customer service at Hi Auto Sales was exceptional; more than what I was expecting from a car dealership. Chris, Don and team were great to work with - honest, friendly, and very professional. I came to Hi in response to an ad for a vehicle they had recently listed. After reviewing the car, I determined that it just was not what I was looking for. Chris and his team responded quickly by finding out about my preferences, and then searching through their inventory for something that I might like. After showing me some other options, they matched me with a clean, 2007 Nissan Sentra SER. I was a little hesitant at first, since I had not done any additional research on the car. Chris, however, took the time to walk me through the facts, features, and benefits of owning this car. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. However, after a careful review of the car, and taking it out for a test drive, I decided to buy. The purchasing process was handled very quickly and professionally. Chris worked to ready the car for delivery while I signed the papers. The team even stayed late to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Since then, I have been able to do more in-depth reviews on the car, and have confirmed that everything is as Chris explained it. In searching for a 2005 Toyota Celica GTS online, I came upon a car dealership in Westminster, California that had just listed via cars.com the perfect Celica. Although I live in Columbus, Ohio, I thought I would call them to see if it was still available. The salesman Chris answered all of my questions and explained that it was just listed the previous evening. Since I knew that 2005 Toyota Celica GTSs are quite rare and this was in pristine condition, I decided to put a deposit on it to hold it. Just talking to Chris over the phone, I knew I was dealing with a reputable car dealership so I decided to send him a wire transfer for the full amount. Chris is a reallly nice guy trying to help me. At first I had some questions and doubts about 450 fees and some smog fee. But he patiently explained it nicely and resolved them. We find the best deal and they make sure we are happy with the car and they even found us a loan to cover some of the selling price. Dont bother asking for a lower price if you need to shop somewhere else for a lower priced vehicle. Their cars are already priced to sell... all you have to do is ask to drive the car to one of the Honda, Lexus, Toyota dealers within 1 or 2 miles from their office and have it inspected. We also found Ed Schroeder Carburetor repair shop to be an excellent alternative - his shop is just across the street. Easy place to find also. We drove away gently used 2007 Honda CRV for under 11,000. We will do business again. Take care and happy hunting.

I just bought my first Lexus at Hi Auto Sales a couple of months ago, and I was so happy with the service I kept telling myself " I gotta write a review bout my experience" Chris was the guy that helped me, usually car sells people are pushing and will tell you anything to buy a car, I wasnt looking forward to dealing with that part of buying my car but he didnt do that at all, I had gone to a place before where the sales guy held on to my DL and kept trying to tell me convince me to buy a car a didnt want.. Chris was Awesome, my credit was not so good so a lot of finance companies didnt want to finance me, he didnt give up till he finally found one that was willing to get me in my first Lexus. My dream car btw. I actually cried when I got approved. I was so excited! I would definitely recommend this place, ask for Chris hes so nice and very helpful, so not like the usually car sales people Ive dealt with in the past......

I made a low offer on a car as would any prudent buyer should do. I expected to be rejected but hoped for a counter or a simple price is firm. Don Ho did neither. He replied with a sarcastic condescending comment about me selling him cars that I find at that price and good "luck b/c I will need it". He continued to play email ping pong even after being told to stop. He accused me that I "must have never bought a car before", "must be my first", "do my research and homework", dont offend him with my offer, and on and on and on. I stopped replying but his last email was just the words "so long"....OMG. This guy has got issues. Ill spend my hard earned money where I am respected as a customer. Don, too many places in CA that sells the same cars you sell to have to put up with your attitude.

just stay away from this place.all i can say is that i bought a car and towed it back same day. and just totalled bs stuff. showing me paper work that they made up of car being fixed and it wasnt even touch or even looked at, after i mention an issue to them. common people! words that i was left with after driving the dealer with the car. " i try to do my best so that u can have a first timer good experience and trust dealers" ahahahahahha!! should never trust that dealer for sure!

This is the most unreputable, dishonest company ever. We had negotiated a deal for a used car and was told numerous times that the vehicle had a clean Carfax and had not been involved in an accident. We drove 6 hours to pick the vehicle up only to find that all four sides of the car had been painted, poorly at that. When we pointed that out to the salesperson, he said the vehicle was bought at auction and may have been in a small accident. After pointing out all of the overspray and tape marks, not to mention the bondo, the salesperson walked away and did not come back out of the office. Being in the collision business ourselves, it was very apparent that virtually every vehicle on the lot was in fact repaired in some way. One vehicle had newly painted clear coat peeling off. I would stay as far away from this dealer as possible. They clearly purchase cars inexpensively at auction and then have them repaired at some sub-standard body shop.
