I dropped my cat off because at timesI wld have trouble starting it. Its a 2012 Kia. They couldnt find an issue but when I called, she was able to ask if it doesnt start on a cold start. (MUST BE A COMMON PROBLEM IF SHE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME THIS). So now they have no loaners and Im placed on a list. 4 weeks later, my car completely dies and still no loaners. They are full of it. Couldnt give me any contact information aside from the service manager, who is also no assistance, to place in a complaint.

This was, by far, the smoothest new car purchase weve ever had. The salesman (John Bruso) did not high pressure us at all. We knew what we wanted and he found the exact model at a nearby dealer. I was having an issue with access to the passenger side door on my Sorento. I called Gary Rome Kia to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. I scheduled a day and time that was most convenient for me. I arrived at the service center and was immediately greeted by a service representative who walked me through the repair process from start to finish. I waited in their dedicated room for service customers while the problem was diagnosed. After a short while, the customer service rep came in and told me that the problem I was having was on a recall list and that they would do the repairs for no charge. They not only took care of that issue, they also took care of another recall problem at the same time. The reason I went back to Gary Rome Kia was because of the great service I received during a previous service appointment. They are professional, courteous, and thorough with their repairs. I highly recommend Gary Rome Kia for for any repairs you may need.

Overall my visit was excellant, however back in September I received a call for a complimentary oil change and said it was not time for me to have one as my wife does not put on many miles since our last oil change. I did cal back to the Enfield location where the call came from and asked if it would still be good when for when I call back to make the appt. i was told YES and was told to remind the folks at Kia when I went yesterday for my appt. I was told the had expired and a hundred things going thru my mind when I asked all the questions in the first place. I did receive the oil change a coupon rate which I also had in the car, but I still think Kia should have honored the phone to the Drouin household. I don t know when the world of car buying will wake up when people buy new cars the just the little things down the road whether it one year, 2 or 3 years past of buying the car that the little thing REALLY matter so a customer will be back to buy again or just pass you over.

I interacted with several employees of Gary Rome Kia and I have to say their dedication to customer service is unparalleled. This wasnt my first time buying a car, and it wasnt my first time having a car repaired (this is two separate visits) and both times i got excellent service. First, i brought my Wifes Kia Sorento in for service after having brought it to the original dealer i bought it from (who shall remain nameless) who gave me poor treatment and an extremely high price. A friend of mine recommended Gary Rome so I decided to give them a shot and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper, and their diagnosis was completely different on top of it. Im fairly certain the other dealer was lying to me, as they are known to do. Long story short, the service was fantastic, quick and reasonably priced and myself and my wife were extremely pleased! Then, I decided to buy my next car there and went for the new Optima and im very pleased with it. Besides it being a great car, my salesman was fantastic and really made the whole process painless. I was purchasing a used 2016 Kia Sorento from a nearby Dodge dealer. Not being from the area, I brought the Sorento to Gary Rome Kia for a mechanical inspection. To my surprise the vehicle had been purchased new at Gary Rome and faithfully serviced there. The front desk clerk shared this with me saying the prior owner faithfully serviced the car at Gary Rome. After the mechanical inspection the clerk shared the findings with me. When I asked how much I owed for the service the clerk said it was a complimentary inspection and there was no charge.
