It took less time for the appointment than they said it would. Was really happy that they cleaned my car and answered all my questions. Recently purchased 2 new vehicles through Lovering Mitsubishi and the experience was great. Received fair trades for for the 3 vehicles I traded and no hassle or haggling needed. Tami was a pleasure to work with and was able to accommodate my tight timeline for getting in and out with the first purchase and was able to have my second car ready for pickup after finding one and making some upgrades to it while I was away on business. This was my second time purchasing from here and even though the staff was not the same as 7 years ago the experience was. Great job once more Lovering Mitsubishi!!

My wife and I went to the dealership to buy an older used vehicle. We had an 11am appointment, the first people We met we Dan and Alex. Great people! Alex already had the car running, warm and waiting for us. We went for a test drive and loved the car. Once we got back we sat down with Alex and decided to look at a newer on with half the miles on it, 2 years newer and not much more money. They had many to pick from and the prices were right. After we spent most of the day with Alex we had a deal and drove the car home. There was no pressure and I test drove 4 different cars. Would definitely go back to buy another and refer friends.

I really cant say enough about our experience at Lovering Volvo... While Volvo makes some pretty amazing products - it really was the people involved in the sale which made the difference for us. Our Salesman (Austin Bouchard) was amazing and really sealed the deal for us proceeding with a Volvo vs. shopping around to see what other manufacturers had to offer before deciding. He popped by to introduce himself as we started peeking around at cars on the lot and after a brief introduction we were getting ready to test drive the list of vehicles we were interested in. Not quite sure what we were looking for upon arrival, we test drove a V60, then XC90 followed by another XC90 with the Polestar tune to get a feel for the performance differences. Being new Volvo customers, we really appreciated how knowledgeable he was with the safety features and technology available on each vehicle – not just shoving some pamphlets at us to read either – he walked through each of the features as we were in the vehicle so we could really get a feel for what they provided. It really was that knowledge, and our newfound understanding of what Volvo offers for features – which allowed us to decide that day that we wanted to proceed with a purchase. From that point on – we were even more impressed with Lovering’s staff! The car we were hoping to purchase was of limited availability, but Austin worked with the Sales Manager (Marc Bowie) to find the vehicle we were hoping for at another dealership and worked out to have the car transported up to Lovering in Concord for us to take delivery of it locally. Throughout the process, Austin kept us informed on the progress – even so much as snapping some photos to text to us directly when the car arrived at the dealership. Knowing our excitement, he even put a little bow on the car when it was time for delivery – really making us feel like special customers. I would recommend Lovering Volvo of Concord to anyone looking to purchase... not just for the cars themselves, but for the experience their staff provides. Thank you, Lovering!

Recently did business with Lovering in Concord NH. My representative was Alex Rand. Customer service was great and responsiveness as excellent. The process was quick and smooth from initial test drive to purchasing, to driving off the lot with the vehicle I wanted (and was right for me). Alex since then has checked in with me to make sure things are still going well and that I’m happy with the purchase. The rest of the staff at Lovering was great as well, they made sure I understood everything and explained the process clearly. I have not used the service department yet, but if that time comes I definitely will. Also, would definitely recommend Lovering Concord to friends and family.

I am not the typical Volvo shopper. I happened upon Lovering Volvo through cars.com because I was looking for a crew cab pickup. They just happened to have what I was looking for. I initially made contact via email with a rep on Friday and decided to just drive down Saturday morning to see what I could do. I had read about the dealership online and of course researched my trade and the truck I was interested in. I was prepared for battle. I already had a deal at another dealership so I figured, nothing to lose. I knew I wasnt the typical VOLVO customer. I met with Alex, the salesmen, who was very inviting and I was at ease right away. I have purchased many cars at several dealerships in the last ten years (8 cars 6 dealerships) between my wife and I. I never felt that I was "not their type of customer" and never once felt pressure. Trust me, Ive dealt with all types of dealers. I received the deal I was looking for and it was the most relaxing experience at a dealership that I have ever had. From Alex, to the sales manager, to the finance guy (sorry guys forgot all the names), this dealership was TOP Notch. If I were a Volvo shopper I would absolutely be a repeat customer, but hopefully they will have some more trucks for me in the future. Thank you to the whole crew over there for making me not hate the car buying experience as I have in the past. You guys are great and very fair. I have zero affiliation with this dealership and live an hour north with nothing to gain. I was so surprised at how easy the whole buying a new car experience was. Alex was the absolute easiest & polite sales person I have ever had the opportunity of working with. I did not anticipate to leave this dealership the same day I went in with a new car but, I could not be more happy that I did! Dan in finance was also pleasant to meet & deal with as well.

"Second Class Citizen...."
72K miles brought car in for a "shudder". They told me to drive it more since the tech didnt notice anything. 77K brought it back in and they replaced the front differential support brackets. No change in the shudder. This was now October 2012. Reported that the shudder was still there. Response, "drive it more" I drove it to So. Carolina and Tennessee for a two and a half month winter respite. Returned to service in the spring of 2013 with same issue. Shudder was significantly worse especially when the A/C was on. Finally in September 2013 after waiting and being forced to drive a car the cause incredible tension on both me and my wife, the transmission was replaced. The final straw was when I was told the transmission had a 90 day warranty on it. I called and insisted the Sean call the Mitsubishi rep and get a straight answer. The answer was different that Sean talking before thinking. 12 monthe 12K miles didnt make a difference in buying a new car. I have traded that vehicle and after buying six (6) new Mitsubishis, I didnt buy another. Thank God i dont have to deal with Lovering anymore.

Tami was the best sales consultant Ive ever had at a car dealership. She greeted us by name at the door, knew everything about the car, answered all our questions or researched them if she didnt know the answer and continued to be nice after we signed the deposit contract and a week later when we bought the car. She called us a few days after we brought the car home to see if we loved the car. Sent us a thank you note. And called us back immediately when we had a question about the car. Terrific service! The dealership only sells new and high quality used vehicles. We looked at a lot of gently used Volvos at some Massachusetts dealerships and most of them were in mediocre shape. The car we bought was in mint condition. We love it! I would definitely return to this dealership and recommend them to anyone who wants a great car and great car buying experience.
