Richard Satlerri and Mike Kiley from the service department are the reason my family stopped going to Advantage Hyundai, Hicksville, N.Y.. I must thank Rich and Mike because I was going to buy a Hyundai Genesis and my brother was going to buy a Santa Fe, until the disgusting treatment at Advantage after 4 years going there. Dodge Challenger is my new car and I LOVE IT! My brother bought a Jeep and he LOVES IT, so thanks to Rich and Mike we found great cars. Needless to say neither of us will ever return to Advantage Hyundai for anything. When Googling Advantage Hyundai make sure you check the complaints link (there are many complaints), its real people not Advantage employees and workers.

She was very knowledgeable of the vehicles for sale at the dealership and answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we may have had. I never trust a car salesman! I learned from my father many years ago how to make a deal. At this dealer I dealt with Brandon Hampson. It is the second car that I have bought from him and the fifth car that I have purchased from this dealer! Brandon is the most informed and honest sales person I have ever known. You will get the best deal with him. The service at this dealer has always been strong, so that is never an issue. If you go to Brandon with a number in your mind that you want to pay, he will do everything possible to get it done. My most recent experience with Brandon, was a few days ago. We told him what we wanted to spend on a monthly basis, chose the car we wanted and then he went to work. Everyone kept saying I dont think this will get done....but it got done! 6 months ago, I went shopping for a car and visited over 23 different dealers and brands. I researched for 6 months! (no kidding) No one was better priced, better equipped than Advantage Hyundai and Brandon Hampson. I bought two cars in 6 months from him! If you dont buy from them, then you paid too much and got less of a car than you deserve! This was our fifth Hyundai and we will be looking for one for my son in a few months! All 5 cars were purchased from the same dealer. That should tell you something!
"Too Slow To Drop Off My Car"
This is a great dealership. That being said, this is the second time bringing this car in for service and I just dont understand why it takes between 30 and 45 minutes just to drop my car off. Yes, the staff is friendly, takes good care of my car, and has all the bells and whistles...but why do I have to sit in my vehicle waiting for so long(beyond my appointment time) just to drop it off? There are certainly enough men wandering around to get the job done in a swifter manner.

They reneged on our deal. 1st I can leave with the car today. Then itll be tomorrow because my credit isnt the best. Then I can still have the car but for an additional $50 a month. Then I cant have it AT ALL because I was declined completely. So which is it? Poor experience. The car was nice tho.

There was no hard sell at all. Not by Jayson; not by Rick the Sales Manager; and, most shockingly, not even by Tom the Finance Manager. Everyone we met exuded a confidence and pride in the product and a genuine sense of appreciation for our business and interest. We went in with some idea of what we wanted and having done some research on pricing, and, perhaps for the first time in 25 years of car buying, came out of the transaction feeling confident that we were treated fairly. This was probably the best experience I had in all the years I have purchased cars.

I did my research after having horrible experiences with my usual Nissan dealer. I read the reviews about Advantage Hyundai and it seemed everyone was happy with their car buying experience. In fact, my sister purchased a Sonata there last year and she told me not only how great the car was, but how pleased she was with Advantage. While I loved the Nissans I had leased for the past 15 years, it was the dealer that kept me away even though 5 minutes from my home and so convenient. Admiring so many Sonatas on the road and reading the reviews, I took the 20 minute ride to Advantage. I was so impressed. It was not your typical cattle call. Jim took so much time to show me the great features on the 2014 Sonata Limited, I was really impressed with the car. Given all the features, it felt like a luxury car but without all the unnecessary technology and gadgets that I did not need. I was also impressed with the wonderful safety features. I knew I wanted the car. The price was a little more than I expected, but he and the sales manager worked with me to get the payments to where I was comfortable, WITHOUT any pressure. In fact, As I sat at his desk, I observed other sales people. They all seemed truly happy to be there. Everyone was so helpful and Jim was amazing. As a single woman going to buy a car, I never once felt I was being taken advantage of. Not only did I feel that I was treated fairly, I felt they went over and above to treat me just as seriously had I been a man or had gone in with a man. Its sad to admit that this has happened at other dealers. So although I was a loyal Nissan customer in the past, I am now a loyal Advantage Hyundai customer going forward. When this lease is over, I will be back to Advantage!

We did not like the original Hyundai dealership we dealt with years ago in Islip so we researched the Internet and found that Millenium Hyundai in Hicksville was highly rated. We were not disappointed. From my first contact with the dealership to meeting our salesman, Charlie Valvano, to our finance transaction followed by the driving away of our 2 new vehicles, this was fantastic. We never felt pressured. Charlie patiently showed us all of our options and after wheeling and dealing with him for awhile, we made the decision to lease 2 new Hyundai cars. Add to the amazing customer service during the sale, they offer free car washes if you deal with them as well as manicures, massages & free coffee while you wait for your vehicles to be serviced. * Thats right, you dont need to clean your glasses, you read it right! Exceeded my Expectations The entire process was was professional and quick. I first walked in at lunchtime to just have another look at the Genesis. Rob arranged a test drive and we discussed price. I told him I would be back with the wife and if all went well we could make a deal. At 5 PM I arrived back at the dealership and Rob was having the car detailed so the wife would not see a dirty car ! We arrived at a fair deal without any drama. The amazing thing was that I was able to drive the car home that night, saying a fond farewell to my Benz C320. Absolutely amazing service. I went back a few days later to have a option set by computer and when Rob saw me he came out to see if everything was OK. Now who does that ! I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and the entire dealership to friends and family.
