Disappointed! They really did not provide BMW customer service. I addressed my issue with BMW directly as well! I own 2 other BMWs and this is our 3rd one, bad experience! I purchased a 2015 X5 and had it shipped to illinois. Dealt with Mazen who you should avoid! I was promised a back up camera and a car with all options, certified car floor mats, 2 keys, detailed car, new tires ext... I asked to confirm everything and sales person told me i had trust issues and they are a BMW after all so they dont do these kinda things! Car came yesterday! No back up camera! Broken passenger rear view mirror! No floor mats of any kind! Alignment is off, pulls heavily to the right! No second Key! Dirty inside and it was not detailed! Is it certified at all? I was exited to get a new car and now i am not happy to deal with all these problems... I spoke to several people who were not nice and did not want to deal with me while Mazen was not there, he was sick... I finally got ahold of their GSM Mike who promised me he will personally follow through and pay for these repairs and installations... I sent pictures of everything directly to GSM Mikes cellphone, who could see all issues clearly. At this point i am about to return the car back to them, i shouldnt be dealing with this! People, please be aware when you go there, check the car many many times and DO NOT, DO NOT buy a car from them if you dont see it! They are not trust worthy people!

It was to take care of a simple problem, but Carolyn went beyond that and made certain that I left with a memory that exceeded the little problem that I had. From the moment I pulled into the service bay I felt like I had met a friend who was willing to explain some things about our new BMW; probably information I should have read, but Carolyn patiently explained anyway. She never lost her smile, and within a few minutes my minor issue was taken care of, much better than I had expected, the vehicle had been washed so well it sparkled and my thoughts about customer service were forever altered. This is service that most dealerships promise, few deliver and BWM of Bakersfield, delivers. I was so touched by the experience that I sought out the General Manager (yes he was working on Saturday too) Alex Karegaran to share with him my experience. He is a gracious man who really cares about his customers, and is proud of those who work for him. If you are considering a luxury car, step up to BMW and buy it at BMW of Bakersfield; guarantee no regrets and many smiles.

The sales staff is fantastic and the service department is top of the line. They dont try to sell you a car you dont want or need. They are there to help you not just sell you a car.

Sad, verry sad. I had to go out of town to Valencia to pick up my car. Lack of knowledge and poor management. Sam, "the salesman " didnt know enough about the car and when it was time for working on the price the "manager" , she wouldnt budge on the price. I made a quick phone call to another dealer and they gave me what I wanted.

Drove out to Bakersfield from LA to buy a new M4. Passed about 12 other BMW dealerships because of Mark (business development team) but the entire team is tops. Great car, great deal, great facility. Will definitely buy from them again. My only regret is that we couldnt go out for drinks afterward because of our long drive home. Thanks to all who had a hand in helping us. :)

I started this buying process over the phone. I was dealing with Korie and he was always very prompt in getting back to me when I asked him about looking at the condition of the car and answering my questions. This led me to take the time to travel the almost 2 hours from Fresno to Bakersfield. Korie knew he would not be in the office that Sunday and turned me over to Mark Felix. Mark contacted me to confirm when I would be arriving as to ensure he would be able to commit the appropriate time for my sale and review of the car. Mark took so much time explaining the features of the 528I that I was considering. His patience, courtesy and knowledge of the car were amazing. The respect and excellent customer service I received led me to purchase this amazing vehicle and to highly recommend BMW of Bakersfield to my family and friends.

Mark Felix went ABOVE AND BEYOND any other client advisor I have ever met. I had gone to other car dealer ships and they werent as helpful or friendly as Mark Felix and BMW of Bakersfield. Before going to BMW of Bakersfield I had done my research online and had found the perfect car, I was able to communicate with Mark Felix right away and he followed up with me all day up until I arrived to Bakersfield( I am from Santa Maria). I was able to get the car payments to exactly what I wanted them to be, and I am overall happy with the amazing customer service i received from every staff member including MARK FELIX! I would also like to add that Mark also follows up with me to see how I am Loving my new car even AFTER I purchased the car. I recommend BMW of Bakersfield, and their amazing customer service. :)

When I was a young Kid growing up in East Bakersfield I would see BMWs on the streets when Id go to the West side of Town. After that it was one of my GOALS to own a BMW. I new that there were more luxury brands out there but BMW was always my ULTIMATE DREAM CAR!!! When I grew up and finally graduated College, I went over to just look at the BMWs. Never once did I try to purchase one. I was extremely cautious about owning one because of all the bad reviews that I heard about maintenance fees and how much it would cost me. Just recently I went over to see the BMWs and a Salesman came up to me and I tried to walk away but the cars there drew me back. His name was Jose Serna. When he opened up a 3 series and told me that they are the most top seller for BMWs. He also told me that they are on Car and Magazine top 10 for the past 23 years! That drew me and he hooked me in. I test drove one and LOVED it!!!! I finally got one and when he told me that BMWs came with a 4 year 50k mile free maintenance I was extremely excited!!! When he also told me that when I ever needed anything he would be there for me! If I ever needed a appointment for service he would make it for me. He also told me and walked me over to Service and introduced me to all the service advisors and how they would take care of anything and everything I needed!!! Wonderful dealership!!!!!! Lifetime Customer I will be for them!!!
