I was treated very respectfully by the employees and the car was ready when promised. I would have liked some notification either by email or when I dropped the car off that the warranty had expired.

I took my Tahoe in for a lub and oil change. The oil plug was left loose and leaked oil on my drive way and I had to take it back. it leaked a lot. while the problem was taken care at no cost to me, it could have burned up my motor and caused a bigger problem. I have been a 3-Way customer for many year, ever since they were located on Chester Avenue. I hope this doesnt happen again.

I used the Chevrolet website to pre-build my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette then presented it to my salesman Jay. We went over the entire build together. He explained some things about the variety of options, and made suggestions that caused me to reconsider them in a most positive way. The purchase went smoothly. I felt I was treated fairly with regards to the amount offered for my trade-in. The result is that I am a proud and happy owner of a 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.

I bought my first new vehicle from Three Way a 1984 S-10 Blazer that my family and me enjoyed for twelve years. Our next Blazer a 1997 S-10 is still in our garage. Since then I have purchased four trucks 2004 , 2007 , 2011 ,and my new 2015 Silverado . So I would say return business is the answer to the question.

I brought my Silverado truck in on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm when my A/C suddenly went out. The service advisor called me saying a tech had verified my problem and ordered a new compressor for it. The service advisor called me the next morning and said the part would be in later that morning and the tech would install it. At 2:00pm he called to say that my truck was ready. I had less than a 24 hour turnaround along with being informed every step of the way on what the status of the repair was. Excellent service.

I brought my car in for service, dropped it off about 8:30 am early in the week and received a call that my car was ready for pickup within an hour. Was especially fast this visit. The service team is always pleasant. The only thing that occurred that wasted a bit of time is that I wasnt sure if I was supposed to get out of my car and go to the counter or wait for an attendant as Id just seen an attendant come to a customers car before me. So I waited about 7 minutes and then just decided to go to the counter to be helped. No biggie at all. I was just unclear on what I needed to do this time. Thank you for quick service once I got my car checked in!
