I am writing an addendum to my other post. I failed to mention the service department. I have experience with most of the service people there. I have bought or leased many suv’s from these guys over the years. Fortunately I have had few real problems but the ones I had were dealt with quickly and effectively. My cars have always come back clean.

I have dealt with an employee of this company for over 25 years. Yes a quarter of a century. It feels like family. Ive brought my wife, father and friends here. Brendon B. is a credit to this company. He balances between fair treatment of both the customer and his employer. I can travel 9 miles to my local dealer who is excellent as well but I return out of loyalty. I come from Pa. It’s one stop shopping with no nonsense.

I purchased a 2017 Equinox with a trade in and everything went smoothly. My sales person was Marko K. Who was a professional through the whole process. We had an appointment with Kevin, the Manager at Sunrise Chevrolet in Forest Hills, NY who is awesome. We want to get out of our lease early because of the high payment and kevin made it possible giving us a lower payment in the 2017 Equinox. We met Marko K through Kevin who explained that he will be assisting us through the purchasing process. Marko is very knowledgeable when it come to cars. He explained all the features in the 2017 Equinox in a clear concise manner. This is our second car we lease from Sunrise Chevrolet. My husband lease a 2017 Trax in October. I give this dealer 5 star for their great service.

Cannot recommend this dealer this dealer after many attempts to verify that old car was payed off kept brushing me off 5 days later find out they finally claim to have mailed the payment. On top of that I find out that they have yet to send a copy of window sticker and lease agreement which means my comprehensive policy will be dropped god forbid anyone answers your calls avoid at all costs

Im a first time driver, so when I first walked in I was nervous, and indecisive. But, after talking to Gilberto Maldonado I left feeling confident and satisfied! Hes such a knowledgable person! My Aunt and I asked him a lot of questions about the new 2017 Chevrolet Cruze LT, he informed us on the advantages of having the Cruze. Our salesperson Marco Diaz was very knowledgeable about the 2016 Chevy Malibu. He consulted with his sales manager Kevin Giron to make sure that we got the best price. Marco and Kevin answered all of our questions. Marco offered us coffee, tea or hot chocolate while we were waiting to speak with Kevin. It wouldve been nice if there were snacks available, too.

Pricing was high, but that is expected of a dealer. Also, some of the repairs suggested where done so in a way that made the problem seem more serious (and necessary) than they actually were.

He took his time to explain the application process, allowed me to look at vehicles in the facility without rushing me or deceptive sales intentions. even though I was very early for my appointment, my car was taken anyway for its oil change and checkup. I went for lunch nearby, walked around, and received a call from the shop that it was ready, and this was after about 1 hour! everyone in the shop was very nice and cordial.
