"Terrible Customer Service"
So my girlfriend went and test drove a car a month ago and made an offer. They rejected it and said they would sell it to a wholesaler before they took that price. They lowered the price a few times over the month each time she txt the salesman and made her offer. Each time he gave the same line about the wholesaler. Today I see that the car is now listed below what she offered. She called and tried to buy the car but they have sold it to someone else. I called and they basically said they know they messed up but there is nothing they can do.

I did not leave with a car, but was able to accomplish what I went there for, which was to test drive the GMC Terrain and Cherolet Equinox. Loved both suvs, but I am leaning more towards the Terrain. And heres why: On April 30th at 8:45pm while watching the NBA playoffs I picked up the IPAD and started searching for a new corvette. I had been looking for about 7 months and to my surprise I found this beautiful corvette that went on-line recently like within the last 48 hours. So my first thought was not to call because it was so late but my lovely wife encouraged me to any way and Effi answered the phone. After about 1 1/2 hours of negotiations we came to more than a fair price. Effi scheduled me to come in the next morning to complete the paperwork and he also had the car detailed and waiting for me at 10:30am. Once I saw the car the deal was done and the car looked amazing. Effi went above and beyond in making sure I was completely satisfied. We were looking to buy a Cadillac ELR which was only made for one model year. Their is little availability in the Phoenix area so we looked on line and found four available at Kuni . After conferring with their online rep., and being promised a good deal we decided to make the 740 mile trip to the dealership. On arrival we found the staff to be most helpful, and friendly. Best of all the deal was all that they promised.
"2005 Cadillac Sts Makeover.."
We have a 2005 Cadillac STS. It has been a great car, but it was getting less fun to drive because of various creaks, rattles, and groans, and it was showing signs that after 10 years, there were some worn suspension components. I first went to a tire and brake shop got an estimate for a pair of "aftermarket" front struts. I then went to Kuni and explained to Service Consultant Eddie Ramos what I thought was wrong, and he gave me some estimates. Genuine GM parts are more expensive, Kunis mechanics are paid more, and the labor rates I would pay are higher, but I chose to bring the STS back to Kuni, and Im very happy with the end results. Kunis mechanics did a very detailed inspection, and Eddie Ramos got back to me with things that definitely needed replacing, and things that showed wear, but werent worth replacing right now. Both engine mounts, the fuel filter, the front struts, and the rear shocks were all replaced with GM parts. If I had gone with the lower tire shop estimate, maybe they would have found the motor mounts problem, or maybe not. Maybe their struts are as good as GMs, but probably not. If I had gone with the lower estimate I probably would have just put some money into a car that would still feel sub-par, only with new and different front struts. The bill from Kuni was pretty hefty, but it bought us the experience of driving away in an already paid-off car that felt just as solid, firm, and crisp-handling as it did way back when we bought it. It was money well-spent, and were happy.

I took my Cadillac CTS in for oil change. Great new location at the corner of El Camino and Fulton. It was easy to drive into the service line. Omead Anwar was my service tech. He was very friendly and polite. He smiled and made good eye contact. During inspection he found out my air filter was dirty. Rather than just changing it and surprising me with a bill later, he called and explained the situation and gave me his recommendation. When I picked up my car, he went over the service report with me thoroughly. He made me feel like a valued customer. Great experience overall!

"Great Service In A Rough Situation"
I had a breakdown on my 2007 Cadillac STS while in South Lake Tahoe on 9/30/2014 while on a visit. I suspected that my water pump had failed (turned out I was right...), and it was after 5pm. I live in Sacramento, some 100 miles away. Long story short, Cadillac roadside had the vehicle towed all the way back to my servicing dealer in Sacramento, Kuni Cadillac. Luckily the sales department showed me how to after-hours leave the car for repair. Early next morning I received a call from my service advisor Eric Soria telling me they had my car and were in the process of diagnosing and repairing the issue. Later he called again to tell me when the car would be ready, and what my portion of the bill would be. It was a bummer that I had the breakdown at all, and of course the logistics were a major concern. (AAA wanted to tow to Cadillac in Carson City, NV) Hats off to Cadillac Roadside, and to Eric Soria.
"Great Service And Love My New Cruz"
I was looking to purchase a new car that had rebate offers and that the same look as my previous vehicle 2005 Acura TSX. I decided to go to Kuni as Chevrolet was having great rebates. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a women Sales Rep. Lou was very pleasant, patient, professional and down-to-earth. She listened to what my needs and wants were and took the time to read each window sticker to compare packages to see what features were available in my price range. The sales Manger Smithy then looked over my credit union preapproval and was able to meet me half way to get the deal structure to my credit union requirements. Even after the sales was done Lou stuck by me and went through my new vehicles features and even helped me sinc my phone to my vehicle Bluetooth system. Thank you Lou and Smithy!

Drove 2 hours to this dealership to buy a vehicle after contacting staff before hand. Were told we would be contacted if the vehicle sold before we could get there. Upon arriving took staff half hour to figure out the vehicle sold the previous evening while I was communicating with staff about the vehicle. Horrible communication and waste of time and effort.

I went to Kuni exploring the purchase of a used Cadillac SRX. They had a great selection and all of the used cars looked brand new. Michael Elder was a knowledgeable and patient sales associate as I drove different cars and asked alot of questions. I decided to buy that same day. The purchase was completed because the staff was willing to negotiate the "numbers" to meet most of my objectives. My friends are impressed that I have what looks to be a new car. Just bought a 2014 Cadillac CTS at Kuni. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had from a dealership. From the sales staff (Angela), to the general sales manager (Elizabeth), and even finance. They went above and beyond to get us the best financing and rate they could. After our deal was made they came back with a better interest rate that lowered my payment $75 per month. They didnt have to do that, the deal was already done. "Waste Of Time, Not Trustworthy"
Called from the Bay Area to buy an Aviator in cash. They were ok on price, about $1k high, I made a good offer to kick it off. Just needed better pics and a detailed list of any condition issues back on email. Whole thing should have been done in an hour. A day later it became clear these guys are simply unwilling or perhaps unable to sell a car online. The first guy was impossible to deal with. I called back in and they gave me the wrong email address for the sales mgr - misspelling his name. Twice. Finally a well intentioned but incompetent guy called back. Was unable to take pics on his cell phone and text or email. Said he tried on three occasions. Said hed email but didnt. A couple of times. Every convo with these guys was so hard sell you could almost smell the cheap cologne. Why take everything sleazy that sucks the fun out of car buying and build it into your online business? Anyway, it must be a lot easier to sell cars than youd think (by the way sales guys desperately swarm you the first step you take on the lot) since Kunis turning away internet customers who are ready to buy.

"Tom Nicest Salesman I Have Ever Dealt With ."
My wife and I went there looking for a used SRX we saw online. Tom Hoang helped us never tried to upsell us to something else or a more expensive model. Took his time to show us all the options how to work everything even linked my wifes phone to the blue tooth. We were so impressed with him we bought a Camaro from him the same day. I told him what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade. They gave me a price for the two cars I wanted and gave me a grand more for my trade in then I was expecting. Pretty much no haggling I got the deal I wanted it was almost no fun. He even called the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Finance was great also even though I went in with a pre approval from my credit union he found me a better interest rate only a one percent difference but it saves me money. My wife and I could not be happier. Thanks a million I will recommend Tom and Kuni to any of my friends and family looking for a Cadillac or Chevy.

Will never go there again, their sales rep mr. De la cuz didnt know what he was doing . After we drove 2 hours to buy a car we ended up leaving the dealer empty handed. Mr. De la Cruz sold us a car that was not yet ready, they hasnt has a smog check done. It toke them about 4 days to deliver the car . Meanwhile Mr. Del la Cruz kept on asking me to take pictures of cash in my hand and send it to him via text . To insure that I has money. Idk what his deal was, it just seamed like he wanted to make some extra cash on the side . He was very pushy even after it was delivered he kept on calling asking for insurance information in a very demanding way . He has no manners .

I bought a used 2008 Audi A4 2.0T quattro from this dealership and the process was very easy and explained clearly. The salesman Julien was great to work with if he did not have the answer to my questions he would do his research and reply usually with in the hour with the answer. I also questioned the tire wear and even though it was within limits after the sale of the car they replaced all 4 tires anyway. They stepped up and did the right thing by me which is why when it is time for my wife to get her car we will be back again.
"Very Poor Customer Service"
Found a vehicle i was interested in that they have just listed and entered my contact information for them to contact me. They called within minutes of me entering my information and said they had the vehicle on the lot so i told them i will be there on the weekend to look at it. I looked at their pictures they had of the vehicle and notice it was the wrong trim model but according to the vin it was for the correct trim model i was interested in. The day before i was suppose to go they contacted me saying it was a mix up and they did not have the vehicle on the lot because it was a mix up on whoever shipped them the vehicle and the trim model i wanted was on the transport and should be there the next day. I told them it was ok and to contact me the next weekend when it was ready and on the lot. Next weekend came and they contacted me again saying they have it at the lot now and ready to be test driven. I asked the salesman to take pictures of the vehicle and email them to me and give me a call when he has done so and still nothing. Bad customer service

I contacted the dealership via the internet by requesting more information on a vehicle. They responded with-in 10 minutes with a phone call. The salesman Julian Fuller was great to work with. He drove the car to my house for a test drive and anything we found wrong with the vehicle was corrected. The buying experience was quick and besides 1 hiccup was very painless. I would reccomend my friends and family to this place.
Plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge.
