Ive purchased 4 brand new cars in the past 4 years all from different dealers and salesmen. This experience was different from the minute Stan shook my hand. It didnt feel like a negotiation or one side trying to take advantage of the other. Stan worked with me from beginning to end with complete transparency to build me EXACTLY what I wanted. Best attitude! his manager was just like him, very patient and helpful. I can tell their goal is to make you a repetitive customer for life. I went for the Mercedes name but next time Ill go because of the dealership and Stan himself.

This is the 7th vehicle our family has gotten from this dealership and the 3rd we have gotten with Chris. We have also sent friends/clients of ours to him. Last week I truthfully walked into Ray Catena with every intention on not loving the car that now I have been driving since. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and overly satisfied with the entire process. A wonderful man named Stanley Baum helped me as soon as I got there. I came into Ray Catena (Union) not 100% certain that Id lease a car. My mother, brother & cousin were all customers at this dealership; however, I was leaning towards another luxury brand. After a very brief conversation with Chris Popin, I changed my mind. He knew exactly what I was looking for & guided me through the process. He must have shown me 10-12 cars & by the end of our visit, I was ready to lease. I needed more information, so Chris held the vehicle I wanted for me until the next day. I met with him around noon, & he made me feel comfortable during the 3 hours that I had to wait to ensure that all of my paperwork, insurance & trade-in were secure. As soon as the lease on my CLA250 ends, Ill be meeting with Chris for another lease. His customer service & ability to understand your needs was impeccable.
