The beautiful 2015 Audi SQ5 found me......it was a stunner even in the rain. Nick allowed me to test drive it by myself and I was immediately taken by the well-maintained vehicle. The conversation with Nick was open and honest and we had a deal within minutes. Chad worked his magic with the finances and by the next day I was off in an incredible vehicle. Although I have just picked up the vehicle I bought, at this point I can say that Im honestly pleased with my experience at Done Deal Motors. All of the people there were courteous and helpful. Primarily, though, I dealt with Nick Fondas and he was great to work with. Nick was really helpful without being at all pushy. I have just purchased a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander from Done Deal. This was my second purchase, as I had financed a 2008 Volvo S40 in February. The quality of both cars were great, unfortunately I totalled my Volvo. When I was well enough to start car shopping again the first place I thought of was Done Deal. I found the employees there were very friendly, professional, and personable. They were great the first time around and even better this time. I ended up getting my new (used) car the same day I started looking. From previous experiences car shopping I had never heard of people signing their contract and driving their new car away the very same day. This was the case both times I dealt with them. This was overall a very pleasant and fun process, and car buying usually isnt. We were offered lunch while we did paperwork for the vehicle and were talked to by almost everyone in the dealership...no o e walked by us without saying hello, even those that werent working with us specifically. We met Demitri, one of the dealership owners and he was very pleasant to us. The car we got was a GMC Yukon Denali, it booked for well over what we paid for it, and we were very pleased with its performance. The only thing I wished that had been a little better is the detailing job on the car, nothing we cant handle ourselves of course. But it would have been exceptionally nice to pick up a car that was not still holding tree droppings in all the crevices. Otherwise, we are very happy and would recommend to anyone!

I purchased a very clean 2014 Ford F150 from Done Deal Motors 2 months back. Unfortunately upon getting the vehicle home i discovered a couple of missing rubber splash shields missing and a broken radio antennae wire. I am sure the dealership had no idea these problems existed. I contacted Dimitre of Done Deal Motors and he quickly reimbursed me for the missing shields and replacement antennae. Also, when I purchased the vehicle it came with only one key. Dimitre stated if he could find the second key he would send it to me. 3 weeks later I received the key and the original owners manual from them. Thumbs up to Done Deal Motors for following through with their promises and putting me in a great vehicle at a fair price.
"Below Average - No Stars"
My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Done Deal Motors. The sales representative was so unsure on how to market the vehicle to us that he tried selling us on the fact that the vehicle had 5 cup holders for a vehicle that only can carry 4 people. There were minor things with the vehicle that we pointed out before we purchased it, such as one of the rear lights/reflectors being broken/missing plastic, and the windshield having a huge scratch across the drivers side. They said that they would buff out the scratch and replace the plastic for the light - let me tell you, NEITHER GOT DONE. When we left we didnt realize the scratch wasnt touched on the windshield until we got home (a little over two hours away). We called Dimitri and asked if he could get someone to fix the scratch and they told us to claim it on our insurance instead of taking care of it themselves. We had to call multiple times about getting the rear plastic cover for the light/reflector and it has been over one month and we have yet to see that. Another thing we thought was strange is that any vehicle we have purchased from dealerships in the past have always come with a full tank of gas upon pick-up... not the Mini Cooper. In the end, they have the worst customer service we have ever seen, if there was a "no star" option for customer service, wed choose that. We would never recommend them or go back to buy from them.
