Very positive low pressure experience with this dealership. I was initially anxious about purchasing an expensive vehicle from out of state, but Danny put me at ease immediately and throughout our dealings. The finance person PAT was equally helpful. The BMW was exactly as advertised and all questions were patiently answered. Shipping the vehicle went smoothly as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people working there.

This was the first time I purchased from a non-manufactures dealership and it was an easy process and Rich was amazing and walked us through the whole process. All the financing was done at home so all we had to do was sign on the dotted line the next day, and we received the plates and everything. The whole processes in the dealership took less than 30 minutes. We did have a bit of a wait when we first got there because rich was busy making a sale but that is to be expected.

I was told that I could take the car for a test drive alone as long as I needed, which is the first time that has ever happened to me at any dealership. When I returned he spoke with me and was very honest and knowledgeable about the sales process. He gave me a good deal for my trade in as well. My family and I are very happy with our new vehicle! I had a great experience with Lancaster Car Co. when purchasing my 14 Audi A4. I got a very fair deal on my purchase and on my trade, with 0 pressure. Ritchie was very easy to deal with and he understands how to communicate via text and email. This is extremely important for those of us with busy workday schedules. Everything that could be done without me physically present, he did, so I wasnt wasting time sitting in a dealership while a salesperson was disappearing for long periods of time to confer with a manager or financial person. All decisions and financing was handled with me providing information online or via text. I simply showed up, signed some papers, finalized at a local notary, and drove away.

Recently made the drive down to take a look at a vehicle. Called on the way down and Ritchie made sure he had the cars I wanted to look at pulled aside and ready for me to test drive. After settling on a car, the paperwork was painless and easy (took about 30 min total). In addition, I got the sense that Ritchie was really trying to help me out on the deal and didnt have the typical used car salesman feel. This was definitely the best car-buying experience Ive had. We found a used car online and decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours to check it out. The condition of the car was great and we already knew its history because they had the CARFAX history report available online (other places charge you to see the report). We had been preapproved so it was a painless closing process. Also, the notary was right next door so we got everything done with ease. We would make the drive again for another used car - and they had some truly nice ones!

I went to Lancaster Car Company to see a car and right of the bat I was greeted and remembered from my inquiry on the phone. I told Ritchie (Great Guy!) That I wanted to take the car to a BMW dealer for a full check and he said No Problem! I took it there had it all checked out (it was perfect) then drove it back and had a flawless transaction. After looking far and wide for a specific vehicle regarding condition, mileage, and price, I narrowed in on a vehicle at Lancaster Car Company. I didnt know anything about the dealership prior to arranging to purchase this vehicle. After I had the vehicle inspected privately, the garage reported that the brakes were due to be replaced. Before I could even negotiate, Ritchie assured me that they would have the brakes replaced. The dealership also had the front rotors replaced at their shops recommendation. This saved me substantial $$ post-purchase. As I do not live near Lancaster, I arranged for transportation to a nearby bus depot and Ritchie volunteered to meet me there with the vehicle so I could test drive it on the way back do the dealership. The customer service, honesty, and friendly nature of the sales staff made for an exceptional and comfortable buying experience. I plan to find my way back to Lancaster when its time to get another car!

When I arrived there wasnt any place to park my vehicle, had a hard time getting into the lot. Granted there was some road work going on that they have no control over. I couldnt find the car I was looking for because of everything jammed into a small space, no one came out to see if we needed any help. I really was interested in a Pontiac Grand Prix they had but the way they had to have everything jammed together I couldnt see how we could have taken it for a test drive. The car was really nice and I wanted to talk deal but I guess with all the confusion it didnt happen and I ended up leaving.

I was actually helping my friend look for a car when I spotted a Mustang GT at Lancaster Car Co. Ive wanted a Mustang since I was a little girl so naturally I did some research. Found out it was low mileage, beautifully taken care of and most importantly the previous owner had dropped a supercharger in it ... it was love. I stopped in and spoke with Kevin a few days later and he couldnt have been any nicer. He talked to me like a friend, he was never pushy, and I could tell he completely understood what this car meant to me.
