Steve Ellis, as always, is great to work with and completely trustworthy - there arent many service people whom, knowing I was going to be out of cell coverage, one would give carte blanche to them to fix whatever he deemed necessary but Steve is one of them and thats what I did. Then on my late return that day, Steve had had to leave and Richard jumped into the breach and spent a half hour with me working on something. Rene too has similarly helped out when needed in the past. Great teamwork atmosphere!

Car was listed on eBay. I made an offer. The dealership called and said they are not dropping the price. qirhin 2 weeks they dropped the price. I again made the same offer. Again the dealership called and said they are not dropping the price. One week later they dropped the price so I called them and said we were within $1000 and would they negotiate 1/2 way. They agreed so I bought the car. Could have bought it a month earlier if dealership would have been open to negotiation. Actual sales process at dealership was 5 star, out in less than 2 hours. Car is great except some window buttons are broken and they keep popping off then cant use the window. Would have been nice if they checked these little things out prior to sale.

Thanks you Rusnak for my new Porsche Cayenne! I was just starting to explore a new Porsche Macan and called and spoke to Carl,about a few cars just prior to Christmas. I went up the day after Christmas to Westlake (I live in Long Beach but wasnt feeling it at the local Porsche dealership) Carl met me and introduced me to Mario Perera my sales professional (and he is 5star) Ive had many car buying experiences, Volvo, Bmw, Audi at different dealerships. Mario made this, fun, informative, no pressure, let me know he was new to Porsche but it was great that he new Audi because, I was hesitant to let go of my 3.2 Q 5. It is hard to find "sales people" that really listen and understand a prospects needs. (I am in sales) we explored, the Macan, and the Cayenne. he even drove with me in my Audi Q 5 that I was maybe trading in. At the end of the day, we reached a happy medium and I drove out in a Cayenne. Finance can always be stressfull (and pressure) not a Rusnak, once again finance was great, informative, and a good experience, what a awesome guy in finance I had too!!!! Mario has followed up twice with me, the first time on a issue with the garage door code Tonight NYE he called again to with wish me a Happy New Year, follow up on the garage door issue. I am very happy with my car, but equally with my experience with Westlake Rusnak Porsche Mario is very professional and you are fortunate to have such a seasoned professional (in a young UCLA Bruin lol) I am a Trojan and he gave me condolences on our loss in the Holiday Bowl . Anyway thanks, and it was well worth the drive to to Thousand Oaks to get this car and have a great buying experience!
