"Dont Waste Your Time/ Save You The Headache"
I just came back home from this dealer 7-13-2015. Please people listen to the bad reviews in here it will probably save you some headache and/or wasting your time.... On the phone before I head over there I spoke to a woman named Mayra, I ask her about the bad reviews online about that place. I asked her to be honest with me to tell me if I was going to be wasting my time and gas by going there.... she reply "please dont listen to those bad reviews they are from employees that used to work here, the car is in excellent conditions I promise" 2009 Honda CR-V white... I made the dumb decision of listening to her because when I got there I notice the car had a broken windshield (which they promise to replace "after I went there" instead of letting me know ahead of time) and the front was repainted maybe an accident I dont know but I can assure you it was painted (I have knowledge on car paint)....

This place is a joke. Inquired about a car. Was called back three time regarding seeing the car and the availability of the car for purchase. The day that I made time to see the car I was called by one of the sales reps who informed me to fill out a credit app on website and was also told at that time the car is still available. Did what I was asked only to make a fallow up call on the credit app and be told that the car is not available but they would like me to come down and look at the other vehicles they have. Did I call about other vehicles did you harass me about other vehicles. No. It was one car in particular the whole way through. Id rather over pay by 10000$ on a car then to buy from this corrupt place. Will take my business elsewhere and i suggest to anyone else to do the same.

There was a glimpse of miscommunication as to what Penn Station Amtrak I was arriving (NY/NJ). That didn’t stop the team at Formula Auto Import. Kim drove all the way from Penn Station in NJ to get me at Penn Station in NY. Kim immediately made me feel extremely comfortable during the ride back to the dealership. Rita made sure all messages and calls were passed along to Jocelyn when she was busy with other clients. Upon arrival Rita was the first person and she greeted me with a big friendly smile. John worked the phones for almost 5 hours to get me better financing than I came to the dealership. John reduced my interest rate by 5%, payments less than the original and a 36 month warranty. I have purchased 22 cars in my short lifetime and this experience was by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever experienced. This team of experts made me feel like family versus a buyer looking for a car. I want to send a special thank you to entire Formula Auto Imports team of professionals. "Joke, Need To Avoid"
Went there on Monday just to look at a few cars. It took 20 minutes for anyone to help me. One guy was swearing. the other I think the manager was on his cell phone texting for 20 minutes. Sales guy knows nothing about cars. Remember most buyers that come here know everything about the car. The kicker is the internet price good luck with that expect to pay another $1.500 large in fees the reg and tax are fine but really how does the owner go to bed at night thinking things are all good at that place. I ran sales at Park Avenue BMW for 8 years then went to Wide World as a executive of procurement. Fire them all and do not let them smoke by the front door. Also get a manager, establish an SOP and reduce the inflated fees.

I went to this dealer today and I asked about a BMW 7 series. They say this car have no accident and 1 owner they sale it in a fair price so I went home check the carfax,it turns out this car have 3 owners and have 2 accident before. Plus I asked about dealer prep. fee,its really a lot and if you put 10k down they dont offer you low apr rates finance plan. we went all the way from newyork to this place.3hrs of driving plus this... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and the most car are over priced.

This place is a joke, my husband and I recently went to purchase a car here we walked inside to the front desk there was a young spanish girl who I guess you could say was the "receptionist" my husband told her he had been speaking with a sales rep over the fine and he is here to take a look she shook his hand I also greeted he politely and she rolled her eyes at me is disgust that was the first problem now the next issue we waited outside for the sales rep to help us since he was helping another couple (who looked to leave very unhappy as well) he brought the keys to two different cars over and unlocked one so we could take a look, now we asked him to unlock the other and he proceeds to keep clicking the other cars keys to open a different one he seemed confused when my husband kept asking him to unlock it, I couldnt take it anymore and told him he was using the wrong key (no way these people know what they are doing) next the sales guys pops the good on one of the cars, all the lids for the coolant, windshield wiper fluid etc. were missing! The sales Rep tells another guy (in Spanish, thinking we didnt understand) to go grab surranwrap and rubber bands to cover the openings! At this point we walked away while laughing because of how much of a joke this place is they should hire people who atleast know how to open a car, keep it presentable(which no many of them were, they all had some type of issue) and have people who treat you kindly, espically when your are spending a large amount of money at there establishment knowing that people can go elsewhere. Stay away from this place its not worth the headache, or your time.

I purchased a c240 from formula 1 I was in a rush to purchase something fast at the time and they had a great price on this vehicle so I financed with them and got approved even with my bad credit ! I was happy with my Mercedes for about a month when I kept looking at there website and came across ( my current car ) a BMW 328i I fell in love with this car instantly ! So I found myself at formula 1 again and asked if I could trade my car in and get my dream car, they bought the trade from me the same price I bought the car for I was amazed that any dealership could be so friendly and helpful ! I recommend all of my family and friends to formula 1 they have great prices and they are hands down the most honest friendly dealership Ive never been to ! Im so happy with my bmw and ill b going to formula for all of my car purchases in the future !
