Very responsive and helpful. They were quick at responding to all my emails and had answers to my questions when I called over the phone. However, the dealerships location was a little far away and they wouldnt have let me get the vehicle pre-inspected at a mechanic, so I ended up going with a dealership closer by.

The salesman was prompt in returning my email inquiry from Cars.com. He was excellent at communicating the readiness of the vehicle as they prepped it for sale. He was very polite as I arrived at the lot and gave me ample driving time with zero pressure. Overall, a quite nice experience. I made an offer which he did not accept, but remained friendly and professional. Im sure they would be pleasant to deal with n a sales situation based on my experience with Fortune Auto.

purchased an used camry from them over the weekend, the car turned out to be exactly the way they described on the ad. they also provided carfax reports on every car on the lot the owner/salesperson was a pretty sincere and straight forward guy it didnt take too much sales pitch from them, the car pretty much sold it by itself, It was a pleasant car buying experience.
