Me and my wife we were thinking about new minivan, went Ira dealer. I asked the sales lady to see Seana. She asked are you looking for lease or buy, I said I want see it and I want it to buy. she said Ok wait until I pull it up. and then she came back saying can you fill this form, I told her I dont want to fill any form now. I just want to see the car. she said ok let me see. I waited with my wife 15 min and then she said: how much do you pay for your current car. I said 350. she said are you going to bay down payment. I said I am looking to see it first. She kept trying taking all kind of information for more than one hour. and then she went to bring the car. She brought preowned car 2015 has 40,000 miles price is 37000$ in a very bad condition. and I told her I dont like it. she said Hold on, I will bring something else, and she brought Toyota landcruser 2013 has 56000 miles for 51000$.

The dealing happened in a transparent manner with no-pressure tactics whatsoever. I especially thank him and his staff at the dealership for making car buying process so effortless. I would love to do business with them again!

I brought my husbands Rav 4 in for some minor work and that is when I met Jenny-Lynn. She made sure I knew where my vehicle was at all times, got me snacks while I was waiting for the vehicle and sat down with me and explained everything that was worked on and why certain parts would have to be ordered. She apologized despite the pieces being something noone would actually expect to be instock. She even offered a shuttle ride if I wanted to do some shopping while waiting for the two items they could do that day. Jenny-Lynn wasnt following a script she was genuinely warm and wanted me to have a good experience. If you do end up at Ira Toyota ask for her. She is an example of how empathy, warmth, and honesty create repeat customers.
""ill-prepared & Sneaky Staff At Ira Toyota Of Manc"
After exchanging a few emails about Used 2015 Acura MDX on Ira Toyota of Manchesters website, I was asked to visit the dealership to obtain vehicles further details. I along with my wife and 5-year old daughter visited the dealership (70 miles away from our home) on May 10th, took a test-drive of the vehicle and negotiated the price agreeable to both the parties subject to an independent inspection by a third party on a future date. We went back to the dealership on May 12th and got the vehicle inspected at the third party (cost bearable by us). Based on the recommendation of third party inspection, we highlighted two things that need to be fixed / taken care of. We renegotiated the price with the sales consultant (going back/forth with her sales manager) and agreed to split the maintenance cost for one of two things. The sales consultant agreed to fix the second thing (pulsating noise during braking / resurfacing brake rotors) at the dealership. The sales consultant made me sign a service form, for this second maintenance thing, with one item written on it... "troubleshoot/fix pulsating noise during braking". Since everything was settled, sales consultant and I moved to signing the P&S paperwork with the understanding that the car would be fixed by the time were done with all these formalities. In all of these paperwork, an extra service form document was sneaked-in with nothing written on it as opposed to the earlier service form paperwork that I signed, which mentioned... "troubleshoot/fix pulsating noise during braking". I asked the sales consultant why this service form need to be signed when I have already signed it earlier and this time there is nothing written on it. The sales consultant mentioned that the sales manager has re-printed some of the documents and the previous ones are no good (some arcane logic... basically). Since the sales consultants logic didnt seem to make sense, I wrote myself on the new service form about fixing the brakes/rotors for the pulsating noise. We can see that the sales consultant didnt like it and she came back with her sales manager. The sales manager said in no uncertain terms that they arent doing any additional services on the vehicle.... "take it or leave it"! By this time, I have signed most of the paperwork and invested a lot of time, effort, and money into the deal, I decided to move ahead with the deal but definitely NOT happy about the deceptive practice of avoiding doing maintenance work that was previously agreed on. I finished up rest of the paperwork and called my insurance company to put new vehicle into my policy. I handed my old license plates to the sales consultant to put on the new vehicle (MA allows up to 7 days to register new vehicle) and was ready to take the new car. Now came the bombshell! The dealership doesnt have the TITLE for the vehicle and we cant take the car! This sales manager who broke the news to us was rude and unapologetic. He said that it will take approx 10 days to get the TITLE and we cant have the car until then. If thats the case.... why on earth would you call us at the dealership, let us do the third party inspection, negotiate the deal to the end, sign all the paperwork and THE WHOLE NINE YARDS when you havent got your ducks in a row. This vehicle is still on their website ready to be sold!!! Im not sure if this dealership values other peoples time, and effort otherwise why wouldnt they pull the advertising down until they have the correct paperwork. Im not sure whats the real reason behind pulling away from the deal at the last minute.... another sweeter deal from someone or really the TITLE issue?! Needless to say, I am very disappointed to see the state of affairs at such a big dealership.

Been dealing with the store for last 6 years and every time my visit is a truly pleasurable experience. They really try to accommodate your every need. Sometimes you need to twist their arm a little but they do get you what you want . Very Professional Organization, Very Customer oriented and Very Well Managed organization.

I have been a faithful customer for years, but the level of customer service and quality repairs in the last 6 months has been terrible. Im disappointed with this dealership. I have tried contacting them to talk about my experience, but have heard nothing from them. I find it odd since they always stressed the importance of the customer service.

I get it. Car dealerships in general get a bad rap. Cars are expensive, dealing with people who work on commission can feel icky. Its a big deal and its easy to feel like dealerships only see dollar signs when working with you. This was NOT AT ALL my experience with Ira Toyota. I had recently gotten a used Nissan Rogue that I thought was in good condition. Lately its been very loud so I figured it was just my exhaust. It wasnt. It turns out there were severe issues with the engine that made it incredibly unsafe and would take thousands of dollars to fix. I was not prepared at all financially to purchase another vehicle. I was told by a trusted friend to try Toyota. I begrudgingly walked in and explained my situation (and that I was a nightmare for dealers because of it.) Saying that multiple team members and departments worked their tails off for me is a massive understatement. With each challenge that arose, they met it with determination and grace...and feasible solutions. I walked in stressed and overwhelmed. Today, Im happy and proud to say I have walked out with my first brand new car. It has a great warranty and free maintenance which gives me peace of mind that I so dearly needed. Shout out to Troy, Palumbo, Chantal, Charlie, and Wendy who jumped through blazing hoops for me and treated me like family. Its easy to spread customer service horror stories, but its important to share the excellent experiences also. What these people have done made an enormous difference. I am an Ira loyalist for life now.

Brought in my old hunk of junk Oldsmobile. It has more issues than a magazine stand., but for today, I just needed an oil change and to find out why it only sometimes stalled in a turn. Left it in the hands of an Allan, and went for a short walk while you guys took it in. Despite the fact that the car is probably older than some of your service techs, they managed to zero in on the issue, fix it, do the oil change and inform me of a new issue all in under an hour. While I still feel like Im driving something as rickety as the Millenium Falcon, I have a few less problems to worry about now thanks to todays service. Will definitely bring it in for my inspection later this year.

I am recently a single mother of 2 young boys and have desperately needed a car for a very long time. When my childhood best friend and her husband became aware of my complicated situation they stepped up and offered to fill that need for me. Amazing!! I scoured the web for cars that would be the best financial choice for my little family and found one at each of the auto fairs. We first stopped at Autofair Ford and the car that I had found had just been sold but the salesman produced a few other cars that just didnt fit our needs. By this time both of my children were tired and whiny and this was the only day my friend had this week to come and assist me, finally a light bulb popped on and I recalled Deserae Duvals recent switch to IRA Toyota from the Subaru dealership. I dont know Deserae from Subaru; I actually am a former customer from her time at Daves Dragons in 2013. I will never forget the “extra mile†customer service Deserae provided me! I desperately sent Deserae a simple list of my needs and the amount I was able to afford and within a minute I had a response that she wasnt at work but her co-worker who she trusted would call me within 10 minutes and he did. Deryc Miller called with two cars that were more perfect than I could have ever imagined, I told him I would be over to their lot with in 15 minutes. Unfortunately traffic on South Willow turned 15 minutes into an hour and I was nervous that the cars would be gone or Deryc would be put off by my tardiness. I walked in to IRA and he recognized me by the description of "I have a baby and an 8 year old with me" and came right over to us with a warm, genuinely refreshing smile!! I immediately felt at ease and thankful I had thought to reach out to Deserae! Deryc took the time to pull out the two cars he had in mind for us and had them ready right in front of IRA, this was appreciated as it was FREEZING on Monday and the customer service was dually noted by me. Both cars were gorgeous and hard to pick from!! I didnt realize how long a car purchase actually takes and how much each employee puts in for each sales! Deryc was easy to talk with on the test drive and found common ground with me over being a parent of a young child. As you can see in the photos Deryc & Logan, my son, are quite comfortable with each other, which was surprising as Logan has never taken to new people so quickly. I also had the great pleasure of briefly working with one of your finance managers, Wendy Poole. Not only was she upbeat and instantly warm but she explained all of my paperwork to me in a way that was easy to understand and comfortable enough to ask questions! (My oldest met her for maybe a minute but commented on the way home that he liked Wendy and would like to see her again. I like to think both of my children have good people radars haha!) What Deserae, Deryc and Wendy provided me at IRA Toyota was more than "a good deal" it was confidence from being a former customer of Deseraes, a welcoming atmosphere and a more personal connection than just two people making a business deal. I commend you on providing the childrens area, coffee, edible food, and obtaining employees that love their job and are able to make customers feel like more than a paycheck.
