Honestly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was very polite and very helpful. I told Chris Urquia I seen an ad on www.cars.com for a 2006 Mustang GT and he walked me right to it the car and even though they had more expensive cars and Mustangs on the lot he never once tried pressuring into buying something out of my price range. Honestly Chris and the whole staff tool great care of me took there time and made sure i got what i wanted at the monthly payment i wanted. I most definitely will be back buying more cars from them. They are 100% professional and go out of there way to make sure you leave there happy and with the car you want.

I was very interested in a hybrid car and before actually money was exchanged, there was a 2 day gap. During those 2 days, they were calling me (as expected) constantly and wanting me to close the deal. When I finally did, I drove the car and found some problems, I called them and relayed these problems. They said they will call me back. Its been a week and no calls! I manage to fix things myself. So, their customer service was just hot air. Before purchasing, they said I can return the car withing 30 days to have things fixed if there should be any issues. That was a lie. Dont get me wrong, I love this car, but... I would recommend anyone who purchase a car and finding problems to actually return the car and demand them to fix it, instead of calling them and waiting for a return call. I knew this kind of things may happen from a used car dealership, so I am tolerant of it and i can fix a lot of things myself. albeit you shouldnt have too!! I would not purchase another car from them again.

(A lot of their cars have low miles for the year) Marco attended to me throughout this entire buying experience. I went there the first time to just check out the car in person and it was in good condition, even considering its age. Due to time constraints, I returned a second day and Marco gave me the keys to test drive it this time. There were a few imperfections that I pointed out and Marco worked with me to get the price I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just bought a 2008 Acura TL today from Kevin at Cypress Motors. I was there yesterday and checked out the car. They have a great large selection of used cars that are very clean! Ive been looking for TLs for a long time now and have been leaning back and forth from it and a TSX. Kevin was never pushy and didnt force me into buying a car. He was patient with me and told me the best option is to have my mom co-sign with me and that was what I did. Took his advice and now a day later, came with my mom and drove home with a new ride!

My husband and I have been searching for a family vehicle for quite a while now and we decided that we love the Town and Country ever since we borrowed our friends. I have a little of a credit challenge and was hesitant in apply for a car loan but right from the start, Kevin was very warming and comforting towards working with me and reassuring me he would do all he can to get me financed. I applied over the phone and within minutes heard back from him with a status of my application. I recently purchased a car from Cypress Motors/ Fullerton Auto Square this month. I got into an accident with my show car PT Cruiser and have been very unsuccessful in locating a clean and well rounded Cruiser within southern california. I first went to their Fullerton location to see and test drive a PT Cruiser that was available over there. After arriving, I come to find out that the one there was definitely not a car for me. Im a very picky person and when it comes to my PT Cruiser, I want it to be as perfect as possible! So after finding out that the Cypress Motors location was inconnection with Fullerton, the salesman over there called Kevin at Cypress for me to see if the blue which I was going to check out next was still available. After arriving to Cypress, it was late in the evening and they were just a few moments away from closing but Kevin reassured me that hell keep the lights on as long as Im here. After about an hour of thinking and talking to my boyfriend about it, I came to the conclusion to purchase the car and end my hunt. The Cruiser had very low miles and was in top shape paint and body wise.Kevin never pushed me to make a decision quick and was very patient with me. I saw the car on several websites while at work looking and decided to give them a call and Kevin a sales rep picked up and helped me with some questions i had regarding the car. It did have a lot of miles on the car but with the price tag and quality of the car, I can tell it was well taken car of. I asked if there would be a spanish speaking person to help with the buying process because my brother in law who was the one buying the car doesnt speak english well.Sure enough when we arrived and after the test drive, Ish Lopez the manager helped explain the whole financing part of the process and he was helpful with us and understanding of our situation. I recently purchased a "04" Chevy Tahoe for an excellent price & low mileage, believe it or not. Our first impression of Cypress Motors was "Great" it was not your typical mom and pop backyard dealer. Cypress Motors were very selective on the vehicles they purchase & provide the best quality - over price for their customers. Our service rep was Kevin he provided excellent customer service and did not try to up-sell us on products we did not need "no gimmicks", it was quick and easy & we were off in are new "04" Chevy Tahoe . Also if youre reading this review & thinking its too good to be true go see for yourself. I even took my "04" Tahoe that I just purchased from Cypress Motors to the Chevy dealership in my hometown to get a full diagnostic - bumper-to-bumper, top to bottom & to my surprise a clean bill of health not even a leak. Also the mechanic who serviced my vehicle said " Great Bye / Excellent Condition ". An added bonus to this purchase was that Cypress Motors are one of the ONLY used car dealership that is backed by the "Capital One - Diamond Club" and for those who dont know its "Capital One - blank check " yes I said it, so if your thinking about financing with Cap One - Cypress Motors is the place to be..... Overall was a great experience and great customer service by Kevin. I made an appointment over the phone with him and he was professional from the start. Came in and test drove the vehicle with my family and wife.We loved the car. There were some minor wear and tear but that of course is as a result of the year and miles on the car. We ended up getting some routine maintenance that wasnt done by the prior owner with Cypress Motors and the work came out very good. Kevin definitely took care of us and made sure everything was right. He was very knowledgeable in the whole financing side and explained to us thoroughly the reasoning behind the rate we got and we appreciated his honesty. There was some miscommunication in the process of us purchasing the Sequoia but we definitely over came that and worked it all out! I got a 03 mitsubishi evolution from this dealer 1 month ago with a check engine light on due to a EGR problem, and a clutch that was starting to slip. They promised me to fix my check engine light and try to find the best way to help me out with my clutch problem. They have me the run around for the whole month and got tired and went to do the clutch my self paid $900 to get it fixed . I did not mind about the check engine light much since this is the car of my dreams i had to fix everything out of my pocket . I do not recomend getting any car from here that has any kind of lights on the cluster on even if they promise a fix all they do is give u a longer story till your 30days are up and after that everything is on you.. I regret getting my car here but then again i have it so cannot complain.

Marco was a good help in walking me through the paperwork and the manager Michael was checking on me. In the end, I got done with my paperwork and Junior took me back to Fullerton to take my Power Ram home but not before they checked the tires and basic fluids for me since it was a hike back to Fresno. As my review for Fullerton Auto Square mentions, I had to come here to the Cypress location with the salesmen Danny Ortiz over the weekend when I wanted to test drive the 2012 Subaru Id come to take a look at. I drove from La Habra to Fullerton, which was close, and Danny drove us to this Cypress location (sister dealership) in order to grab the car after we test drove a few SUVs and Trucks my dad wanted me to try first. Solomon was a great help and he introduced me to Desmond, who was their in-house Lexus and imports specialist. We talked about the STI and shot the breeze about upgrades and aftermarket wheels. Overall, a very nice process and again, great customer service. The manager Mike at this location was really cool too, made me feel at home and cooled us off with an ice cold soda while I waited. Thanks and will refer!

For a relatively nondescript dealership on a busy commercial/residential street, what Cypress Motors may lack in a fancy showroom and flashy presentation they definitely make up for in quality used cars, fantastic customer service and extremely fair pricing. Victor Kim is what everyone hopes for in a car salesman - honest, genuine, fair and flexible. Having just been in a crash that totaled my truck I had a very limited budget from the payout and needed/wanted a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. He asked all of the right questions, knew the budget I had to stick to and what I was hoping for in a vehicle. Literally in two and a half days wed gone through the inventory, found a vehicle that hit almost every hope/need I had and fit in my budget. The process was so easy and stress free - no pressure, just a good, solid experience overall. I wouldnt hesitate to put my reputation on the line to recommend Victor and Cypress Motors for any and all of your car buying needs. Making sure to provide praise and appreciation where it is due, Kevin (fellow car salesman) and Mike (manager) both went above and beyond in helping me get my new vehicle. Mike was really helpful and flexible on the pricing - doing what he could to help me stay within my budget, but still keep it a fair price for both myself and Cypress Motors. Kevin was fantastic as well. When I signed the paperwork and paid for the vehicle it was Victors day off so Kevin took care of those duties. As opposed to experiences such as this in the past (salesmen watching out for themselves and not helping each other), Kevin treated me as if I were his customer. He was every bit as genuine, personable and helpful as Victor. A sales team that works together is really impressive to me. At most dealerships it seems that each salesman only cares about his commission on a sale and not about providing help and quality customer service to each customer they interact with - whether a sale will be made or not. The Cypress Motors team is stellar in my book. In addition to going through paperwork and finalizing the purchase with me, Kevin balanced out several other customers and didnt make one of us feel more or less important than the others. Overall (maybe its the "car buying after glow") I can not say enough positive things about Cypress Motors and the members of their team that I interacted with - Victor, Mike and Kevin. I came upon a car on auto trader and found a used car dealer about 30 minutes from where I live, I told my dad we should check it out for the pictures of a 01 bmw 330ci convertible seemt very on point as far as what I was looking for. I got there and saw a bunch of used cars at the dealer, for being used a lot of them were in great shape and had a great selection in vehicles. after a frew minutes of being there a guy by the name of victor came and introduced us and was further helping us out and then I asked him about the vehicle I was interested in. for a first time buyer I was qualified easily and then was taken to where the vehicle was since it was somewhere else , he drove us and he was a very genuine guy, very cool. once I saw the car and inspected it and saw that it was infact everything it said it was we headed back and finished the rest of the paper work. he paid for the full gas tank and said he appreciated our business and then offered us Disneyland tickets. overall great person and got a solid car for a solid price, I was overly satisfied with my expirence and my purchase.

Bought a car here about a month ago. Took their word for the condition and had nothing wrong with it. About 2 weeks after my purchase my car wasnt sitting straight, so I took it to a service shop and found out I have to replace all four springs, struts, mounts, and numerous leaks! HIGHLY UNSATISFIED
