After having been ignored as a single woman at another dealership, I was pleasantly surprised when Ernie took me seriously and spent almost a half hour going over the car even before we took a test drive. He seemed to be fighting on my behalf when the negotiations began. and he spent many hours making the deal satisfactory for me. A surprisingly fun experience, thanks to Ernie.

We went to test drive two Lexus. One being the RX350 and the other being the NX200T. Needles to say but I was in sticker shock. Ernie Tommasiello greeted us and I explained to him that I was afraid of the $$$ on the window. Ernie suggested a certified used vehicle that was on the lot for $10,000 less because it had 8,000mi on it. We took the RX350 out for a test drive on the highway and back roads. We were "wowed" by the smooth ride. We pulled into a parking lot so I could practice backing up into a parking spot (since one of my complaints about the car I was driving was all the blind spots)....easy. Although, I was very nervous driving such and expensive vehicle. Ernie was very patient, informative and best of all no pressure. BTW wasnt crazy about the stiffer ride in the NX200T. Off the list. Ernie and I exchanged cell numbers just in case I had any questions. So we left the dealership without any commitment about purchasing anything. A day later we entered into a sales agreement on the RX350. We sent in a binder thru an online application. Who knew!! It was easy. So easy that I started to think I mustve done this wrong. That warranted another text message to Ernie asking if they received the binder. Which they did. I sent about three text messages a day with (stupid) questions and Ernie always responded within the hour. Really within the hour. Ernie made this car purchase experience a pleasant one and would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Lexus. We love this vehicle even after our first payment....71 more to go. Thanks to Ernie Tommasiello, you helped us make the right choice with ease.

My Experience leasing my very first lexus IS350 could not had been more amazing. Ernest Tommasiello made the process easygoing and pleasant. Ernie was very friendly, easy to talk to and a genuine person that truly love his line of work. He asnwered all my questions, allow me to drive various lexus models, all so that I would be well infromed and prepared to make the right puchase. He followed up and worked hard over the phone to get me the car that I fell in love with. All in all, I will never forget my first ever car purchase, and Ernie was there every step of the way to make it memorable.

Our experience with Ernie Tommasiello leasing not only one but two LEXUS vehicles at the same time at the INSKIP Operation was one of the better “car-buying†experiences I’ve personally encountered. Even though Ernie was very candid by expressing his “newness†to the role of being a car Sales-person (likely a benefit), he was always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles we reviewed and never afraid of saying “I don’t know but will ask.†He always obtained the answer to all of our questions and responded back with an answer. Therefore the process was very smooth and resulted with minimal amount of stress than the typical dealership which is likely the stereotypical reputation for most all LEXUS owners since this being my first time selecting the LEXUS brand after Volvo, Mercedes, and Audi.

This is my second Lexus from Lexus of Warwick, 2017 RX 350 Sport. As much as I dislike the word "hate," I do "hate" buying a car because I always feel that Im getting screwed. I worked with Ernie, who made the experience palatable. He was delightful and extremely helpful. If he could have taken more off of the sticker, I feel that he would have. Ernie followed up with a phone call several days subsequent to the purchase to ask if I was enjoying my new ride. I would definitely buy from Lexus of Warwick again and most DEFINITELY deal with Ernie again. He is an asset to the company and he should get a raise!!

I bought a new NX (2/17) and was helped by Ernie Tommasiello. He was really amazing, spent a good deal of time with me, and knew the vehicles well. I was in the market for a new car and had two other strong buying options outside of Lexus. Ernie took me for test drives in multiple vehicles, so that I could make the most informed driving decision, and, then, he took me through Inskips entire inventory, made notes on the cars I liked and sent me the info on each later that day. His time paid off, and I went back to purchase the Lexus. He made the buying process super comfortable and really easy. I know it was his goal to keep me at ease, and he went well beyond that! The sales manager, Corey, and the Finance Manager, Korinne, were both courteous and customer oriented. It was an easy buying process, starting with Ernie. I will refer him and the dealership to everyone.

I was very unsure of myself, as this was my first time purchasing a car on my own (without a "man") to help handle what is typically thought of as a mans domain. Ernie Tommasiello not only greeted me and made me feel very welcome; he endured my multiple trips to test drive different models, and walked me through the whole experience with care. He even pointed out that I could "negotiate" my reimbursement amount from my insurance company for the total loss of my previous vehicle, which yielded me an extra $3,000.00 to put towards the purchase price of my car. I look forward to having just as promising a relationship with your service department as I have had with the sales department.

I had Ryan Gardiner as my service writer and u couldnt ask for better. I had a couple of small request along with the regular checkup and everything was great. While I was there I had a tech refresher course from Jennifer and Randy, they are both so friendly and helpful that a 60+ non technical person can learn all the amazing options on my ES350 without being made to feel intimidated. I waited to write this review until I had my first service to see if they could stand up to the excellent service I received from my salesmen David Wagner. Ask for him you wont be sorry.

I was just "browsing", and Ernie came out to greet us. He was very friendly, professional, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the RX350s I was interested in. Everyone I encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. After we closed the deal, I found out they closed at 6 pm on Saturdays, and I was there until 8 pm! Ernie never said a word, just took his time and didnt try to rush at all. I picked up my 2014 Certified RX350 on Halloween! What a treat! ( for me and Ernie) One of the best experiences Ive had in purchasing a new vehicle! Ernie was great!

Purchased a new NX as part of a weekend promotion for current customers. Traded an Infiniti. The dealership was swamped and staff struggled to keep up with the interested shoppers. The finance department was particularly understaffed. I worked with Craig who was very informative - no pressure just wanted to please. I would highly recommend you ask for Craig is you go to Lexus. On pickup day I worked with Randall to go thru all the bells and whistles. He was patient and very helpful. Overall a very good dealership but I would recommend that you not shop on a promotion weekend or expect to wait a very long time.

I bought my first Lexus a number of years ago from a private dealer. I loved the car from the moment I drove it. I travel with business everyday and recently passed 290,000 miles on the car. I began having nickel and dime repairs on a regular basis. and quite honestly, the car gave me all it had. My wife suggested looking for a newer used Lexus with hopes that we could get the money and mileage out of another one. I searched for a while but never found what I was looking for. I found a similar model to the one I had at Lexus of Warwick. When I called I spoke with Richard Johnson. He said he thought the car was gone but wasnt completely sure. He called me back and informed me that it had gone to auction but could try to pull it back if I was sincere. He got the car back and I went in the next day for a test drive. I knew it was what I wanted 10 minutes into the test drive. Richard, the finance personnel, the mechanic who swapped my plates. Everyone was 2nd to none. I actually left some personal items in the car and Richard reach out to let me know he retrieved them, and they would be waiting for me upon a return visit to the dealership. I need it serviced and Richard went above and beyond by setting my appointment and giving me a "Loaner" for the day so I wont miss any work. If youre looking for a new or used Lexus? Reach out to Richard. He treated me with professional respect and went above and beyond knowing there was a chance I may not even feel the car was suited to me. When Im ready for another one, Ill be reaching out to Richard Johnson again!

Excellent and quick. I asked Ray West to keep an eye out for a gently used Rx350 with low miles, like new and certified. He called me Thursday evening with one to look at, I went in Friday morning, test drove the car and picked it up on Saturday. It is my 2nd RX and other than a Lexus LX I cant see myself driving anything else ever! Very appreciative that it was a quick sign and drive process as we are very busy (like everyone these days)! I am a loyal Lexus driver so when I totaled my ES 300 I went looking for another Lexus. I worked with both Erich and James on the purchase of 2011 Lexus ES 350. I was well worth it to me to travel to Warwick from Connecticut to make this purchase. I felt I got excellent customer service at a professional dealership, and at an excellent price! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
