Never give out your email or your phone number to them!!!! I asked one question via their online "chat" - I reluctantly gave my email (I am so grateful that I didnt give out my phone number!) - within 15 minutes I had over 6 emails harassing me to "come in for a test drive!" They still havent answered the question about the car. If anyone from Quirk reads this, no, I will not call to "discuss this comment with you" - it is what happened, and everyone should be warned so that they can avoid this harassment. I created a filter to send further emails to SPAM. Now I wont even be able to see if they answer my question! This is the kind of thing which takes place from the top down - the email system is automated in some way in order to send this many emails, so this was not an accident. Talk about off putting! What is really confusing is that someone there truly believes that this type of strategy works. Avoid!!!!! ps, I just checked my SPAM folder - yet another email, without answering my question.

I had gone up and down the Automile on route 9. I was not satisfied with anything I was shown. So one Monday afternoon I decided to go test drive a vehicle at Quirk Pre Owned in Braintree. I had seen the car on their website. Long story short, I drove out of Quirk in a shiny "new" vehicle I love. Not the one I saw on the website, but a better car, if you can believe it. Mike Dupont, my Sales Consultant along with Sean Foley, Manager, both worked diligently to get me the price I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. I told them my monthly limit and they met that. And I might add my credit is not so great. But Sean did not bat an eye. Quirks financing options were unbelievable even for me. Honestly, Mike and Sean are professional without being stuffy and treat you with respect regarding your limits on price and what you want in a vehicle. Just a little sidebar: I am a woman, I went to Quirk alone, and walked out with an unbelievable deal. I never felt I was being pushed or any type of sleezy maneuvers like showing me cars I cannot afford and wasting my time. I love my new car! Thank you Mike and Sean!

I needed to purchase a car quickly. I had just accepted a job offer which required a vehicle. I did my homework online and saw a 2012 Toyota Camry listed at Quirk PreOwned. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay. On Tues, Sept. 16th my husband and I went to the lot to see what else they had. We had about an hour. Nick, a brand new sales person, greeted us as we exited our car. He invited us inside to talk and then we took a look at several vehicles. We decided to take the Camry for a test drive. Nick gave us an offer with financing included. We told Nick we had somewhere to be and we would think about it and get back to him on Thursday. Again, we did our homework checking for reviews on the vehicle, recalls, NADA & Kelly Blue Book values as well as prices of other used Camry in the surrounding location. We also reviewed our budget to determine what our budget would allow. Nicks shift began at 1 pm on Thursday. He was calling us at 1:05 pm as we were pulling into the lot. We test drove the Camry again and were very pleased. We asked Nick to answer a few questions we had and then made a counter offer clearly articulating what we were willing to pay for the vehicle and what we terms we wanted in financing. Nick and Kevin worked diligently with us to come up with something we could agree on and 4 hours later we drove the Camry home. The holdup was our insurance company! We were happy to be able to get 2 sets of keys. We were disappointed the manual was not with the vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to buyers and well go back when were ready to replace our van. Just one suggestion to Quirk - somebody please clean that bathroom - its disgusting!

Not only did Cy demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the cars I in which I had questions. He was also able to suggest alternate vehicles based upon my requirements. I normally have a poor experience with high pressure sales tactics, And to my great relief I was not subject to any undue pressure from Cy to purchase a vehicle. He provided relevant information, responded to my queries and provided some great alternate suggestions. Unfortunately, I was unable to finance the vehicle I ultimately wanted. Once I get my finances straighten outed, I will be back to chat with Cy about my next vehicle.

On Aug 12th at 7:30pm my wife and I drove onto the Quirk Pre-Owned lot in Braintree - we were promptly greeted by Cy Desrosier who without any of the usual salesman pressure began to question us about what we were looking for in a vehicle. My wife had her eye on one and I on another - we both explained to Cy what we wanted in a vehicle and he asked us to come inside to talk a bit more about what it is we both could agree on in a vehicle. After some back and forth between the Mrs. & me Cy said why dont we look at both vehicles, drive them and then go from there - we agreed. The 1st vehicle was a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT (my choice) the drive was smooth, pickup great, plenty of room inside (one of my requirements) - the other was a 2013 Chevy Equinox (wifes choice and the reason we were there) ride was ok, pickup was lacking (4cyl vs 6cyl) room not much more than the car I wanted to trade (09 Ford Fusion) - upon the return Cy turned to my wife and asked her what she thought about the 2 vehicles - (this impressed both her and myself because we had been to a lot of different dealers and they all turned their attention to only me after the test drives and really only spoke to me - even after I said directly that my wife is the financial person in the family - I just drive) - to my surprise my wife agreed with me that the Ford was a more pleasant vehicle to be in. Needless to say the deal was struck and two people who only came to the dealership to look and gather some info - drove away at 9:30pm with a new to us Ford Explorer XLT - Cy and the rest of the team at the dealership worked like a well oiled machine - no pressure - no fuss - GREAT SERVICE!
