I have now bought two cars from this dealership, I had the same salesman Richard for both. I bought a 1997 Honda Accord (my first car) 7-8 years ago and on June 12 Richard helped me find a new car and was able to get me some money for my old car. I went in with an idea of what I wanted (Honda CR-V or a Toyota Rav4 never drive or rode in either). Richard was extremely helpful had me look at both SUVs that were within my price range. He listened to what I wanted, needed and how much I could afford, he did not try to get me to spend any more then I could nor push me into a suv that wasnt right for me. Between the CR-V and the Rav4 I liked the CR-V more. Richard did show me other SUVs that had everything I was looking for and was in my budget and I did test drive them since I wasnt set in stone with the CR-V and I am glad I did because once I test drove another SUV I realized I wanted the CR-V. Not only did it have everything I wanted and I loved driving it but it was an amazing deal it was a 2016 with only 1,500 miles. I did not think I would be able to get a new car that was in my budget but I did and it was all thanks to Richard because he listed to everything I wanted liked and how much I could afford. I also found the other salesman very nice and the finance guy Anthony was very helpful and funny. The building was clean and everything organized. Thank you for getting me into my SUV and all of your help I will recommend this dealership and Richard to anyone who is looking!

I had visited all of the Dodge dealers in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts and did a lot of research on the particular vehicle that I wanted. I was never able to reach an agreement as to pricing and delivery. I finally went to Grieco and had Jessica Therien as my salesperson. I was able to put the deal together in less than an hour and was extremely pleased with Ms. Theriens knowledge and expertise relative to the car i ordered. When the vehicle was delivered the paper transactions went very quickly and smoothly, and I felt that it was a very pleasant experience compared to some of the other dealers I had dealt with in the past. The business practices at Grieco Jeep Dodge would be a great model for FCA to adopt for their entire operation.

"Used Car Manager Needs Customer Relations Training"
Went to purchase a used car. Ben, the salesman was fantastic! Unfortunately, the used car manager was...not the best, would be over stating his managing abilities. Any business out there that wants to scare away potential customers, hire that guy. My numbers and his were way off, and thats fine, thats part of the process sometimes. But really, the way he came out to the table after I told Ben where I needed to be. He walked up. Sat down and said, with a look on his face and a tone. "How did you come up with this number?" I told him it was just where I needed to be, my max, and if it didnt work, I totally understand, no problem. Well apparently it didnt, and that was fine. But instead of the sales manager saying to me, "I appreciate your coming in and giving us the opportunity to earn your business, but unfortunately I just cant do it. Thank you for coming in." He stands up and says "It aint happening!" and walks away. Hahaha! I had no problem with us not agreeing on terms, thats part of business. And because I thought so highly of Ben, I would have gone back if I ever needed one of their products. But the used car managers attitude toward a potential customer, me, made it so that I will never step foot in any Grieco dealership again. In this day in age, there is way to much competition to be treating any current or potential customer like that. And theres really no need. In fact, the people next to me commented on his handling of our interaction and were ready to leave. Anyway, just passing the word along. Speak with your dollars people, and go where youre treated right.

Needed an oil change and front brakes quickly before going on a long road trip. I called the service department but they said they couldnt fit me in until I explained that I really needed it to get done asap. The person on the phone told me she would try to rearrange the schedule with other clients and get back to me. Sure enough, she called me back in 20 minutes and told me she found another customer who would come in earlier in order to free up an afternoon appointment for me. Much appreciated. Additionally, if you compare prices, they were right in line with other non-dealership repair shops. This was surprising. Great place.

Thank you to this great service department. Left my house early in the morning and headed to Connecticut and pulled over for coffee at dds. My Battery was dead when I came out to my car. This dealership was actually right across the street. One of the service techs came who happened to be there before the service center opened offered to help. He jump-started the car and drive it over to the dealership and put a new battery on aster of minutes. He dont waste my money on a AAA battery which is almost twice the cost.

My car was "skipping" and I suspected a transmission problem. I brought my car in to the service department and was expecting very bad news. As it turned out, the tech came out and filled my transmission fluid after seeing that it was very low. He was great and told me not to go waste money for a whole new transmission. The fluid fill up should be fine for a while anyway and maybe for as long as I own the car. He didnt charge me for the fluid. Great guy. I met the GM as well. I think his name is Alex. Great guy. I will buy my next car there for sure.

So I start doing some home work my self and I cant believe what I found & I have pics and a video of everything. Bad air cleaner, bad cabin air filter, Bad spark plugs & who knows what else is wrong that I just havent found yet. Top it off I used the car today 3/30/15 and the wipers streak and there junk.
