He wasn’t “pushy” as most car salesmen are when you go to a dealership, rather I felt he really cared about what we were looking for and he delivered. Freehold Jeep dealership is the worst dealership that Ive ever dealt with. I was trying to sell them back a car that I bought from them and they really gave a very low estimate. The other dealership down the road was willing to give a lot mre and they are not even a Jeep dealer. Their sales staff is terrible and the service shop is even worse. I would never buy from this dealer again !

I went to Freehold Jeep based on distance from my location. We were greeted by JAKE at the entrance of the dealership who quickly showed us a Jeep Renegade and took us for a test drive. Upon returning to the sales office, he quickly gave us the deal that we wanted and we were out the door with the new car in a few hours. He even drove the car home for us since my daughter only had a permit. After having some questions on the financial agreements, I contacted HARRY who was responsive and quickly rectified the situation. Very professional team willing to work to meet your financial terms.

I give it one star because there are a very nice group of friendly sales people there. None the less, it is sales and they are there to push you into buying for their commission. Still, most went about it in a friendly and engaging, tactful manner. However, ROY the sales manager is very off putting to say the least. He approached me in a very unprofessional manner and tried to challenge every concern I had (with my current lease) in a very hostile and defensive way. Im not sure how (or if he is even) the actual manager because he was impersonal and rude. When I asked him his name to write this review, he became agitated and insistently blurted out that there were cameras (I guess he has delt with unsatisfied Roy customers before). I can understand that in car sales, you do everything you can to sell people, but being nasty and demeaning shouldnt be apart of that tactic! Shame on you Freehold Chrysler Jeep, for electing such a nasty, mean, unprofessional, person to be put in charge. Within 2 minutes of speaking to him, it had demolished any future purchase or recommendations.

We had such a great experience in May when our son purchased his first Jeep with Wills help. We had no doubts when we went back to purchase a new Jeep to replace our "Mommy van". Mike Youssef was the salesman that helped me through my car buying process. After going to a few dealerships I walked in to find a fully loaded compass which really appealed to me. Anyways after some quick negotiations, credit check, I would say that including the test drive and insurance representative I was on my way home with my new SUV in less than a hour and half. I am very happy with my experience and the entire dealership was very respectful to me, my fiancé, and 2 month old baby which they took all of that into consideration into helping us as much as they could. Do not buy from this dealer first i they told me the vehicle is available then after driving halfway there they called and said the car was no longer available after talking a little they realized it was available after all. So we got there took it for a test drive and came back and decided we would take the vehicle. That is when the salesman came out with a price of $5000 more than there price they had it for online. when i mentioned that had seen it online for much less they acted like it wasnt possible and i looked it up and here they had changed it when i called to set up an appointment to come see it. When we did come to an agreement it took them 4 hours to do the deal they were way understaffed! Now 2 weeks later i have a temporary licence plate expired and they dont get back to me when they will have my real one out! The whole thing was very frustrating!!!!

Overall great experience. This was my first time leasing a vehicle so I was very nervous. The staff, in particular Darrell Williams at Freehold Chrysler Jeep, were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. Darrell personally helped me set up and pair my phone to my Bluetooth. Very caring crew. Highly recommend. The Jeep Wrangler is very spacious. The tires have a smooth almost luxurious ride although its also Trail rated. Darrell showed me the tools and how to take off the roof and doors.
