I asked them to make sure my car was good for travel. They assured me that my car was fine after replacing the wheel bearings. The car was still making noise. The timing belt snapped on trip and caused further damage on top of a wheel hub replacement less than a month later. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

Although I didnt purchase a car because the used car I wanted wasnt there (Im super picky) the people here were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Stopped in the first time to view a used car- it smelled horribly of smoke. The salesman (who was smoking at the time- in front of my toddler) informed me that it could be fixed. Made an appt and came back to test drive. Still smelled- AND the brakes needed replacing on the car, grinding the whole drive. Also, the tranny felt like it was going to fall off the car when it shifted between 2nd and 3rd, about 35mph. Salesman: "Well have it looked at." Me: "Great, you should. Sell it to someone else. Im all set."

I live in New Hampshire and was very interested in purchasing two Bolt EVs back in January, but when Chevy announced their rollout schedule for it, I saw that my state wouldnt be receiving any until May. I live close enough to Massachusetts that I decided to call some of the dealerships near the border and see what their plans were. I ended up deciding on Lannan Chevrolet in Woburn after talking to Steve Morgan, the resident EV / PHEV specialist there. Steve is an awesome guy, plain and simple. Ive heard stories that some dealerships shy away from the Bolt and the Volt, and try to sell you on the larger less fuel-efficient vehicles because of more frequent maintenance requirements. Steve was nothing like that. I knew what I wanted from the start, and he not only respected that but actually encouraged it! Turns out hes a big fan of the Bolt too. He was extremely helpful and we had both cars on order within a week or two of that first inquiry to the dealerships. Now, the Bolt is kind of supply-constrained right now and these were two new factory orders, so we knew it would be a while before we saw them... but Steve kept in touch with status updates literally every other day which was very much appreciated. My wifes Bolt arrived at Lannan in the middle of March and we picked it up the very next day. Steve made the paperwork process seamless. He didnt pressure us into any extra offers, respected our intelligence and was happy to just sit down and talk about the car itself and what it means for the future of the automotive industry. The process was as painless as could possibly be. He also has quite an awesome sense of humor, which he entertained us with while waiting for things to process. My Bolt arrived about a month later, and Steve kept me up to date every step of the way. When its status changed, he called me to let me know. When its status didnt change, he called me anyway just to keep me in the loop. Once it got here it was the same drill as before, and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. My experience at Lannan, from January until the end of April, was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend it to my friends, and will refer them to Steve by name.

The Lannan Chevrolet service department is second to none in the Greater Boston area. After taking my 2013 Volt to another dealers service department, only the folks at Lannan correctly diagnosed the cause of an intermittent noise from the rear of the car. It turned out to be a loose cover (or sleeve) over one of the rear shock absorbers. Mark B. did a terrific job keeping me informed from diagnosis through repair and did a great job accommodating my schedule. I know where Im bringing my car for future maintenance.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation around 10am on Fri the 18th and my truck was taken right away and was finished in about an hour! Love the new waiting area and the new look!
