I was greeted by a very professional and knowledable sales rep named Beth . I have to say Beth was very thorough and Up front about the product I was interested in . Beth took the time to represent my interest with regard to my trade I had brought in. Beth allowed me to digest all the information that she had generated for me to view. I was able to leave and think about the deal without any pressure. My purchase went smoothly, the delivery was easy and efficient. I did have a couple of hick but it was a certified pre owned vehicle that I purchased. Those hick ups were resolved quickly and efficiently by Ralph in their service department without any issues. I have to say the reason why I chose Maritime Chevrolet of Fairfield was the way Ralph , Jay and Nick dealt with a service issue with my sons Gregs vehicle . This was a very positive experience for me that I will be certain to pass on to my friends who maybe seeking the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

"I Was Rushed Out"
I was there 2 months ago, I did really like a used car, once brought to the woman who does the financing (something like that), she had her own office, me and my boyfriend were in there for less than 10 minutes, she was rushing to get to the next people (they arrived after we did, much after), I told her my credit was not high but fair, I never had a credit card or car note to help me credit, I wanted this car to be how I built my credit with my boyfriends help who had excellent credit. Anyway, she told me she had to go and gave me a number of a place who hands out credit cards and you pay them about $200, thats how I would build credit because she worked in mortgage before and apparently that was her advice. She never ran anything for us and this car. Once we left we went to Toyota where we left with a nice used car! I will no longer need Chevys services, but I thought you guys would like to know.
