I went to sloane Toyota on cottman ave hoping to by a car. My credit isnt the best so I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to take it home. While having my Jeep serviced in Annapolis, Md I decided to rent a car and drive to Philadelphia to check out some cars as I was looking for a daily commuter. I had a few dealerships in mind and Sloane was my second destination. Saw the car on the lot and knew it was what I wanted. I had done my homework in advance so I was prepared for a lengthy negotiation. I was introduced to the Used Car Manager who teamed me with a personable and professional salesman (Mark Vega). Test drove the car, negotiated (maybe three minutes) a great price and flew through the finance process. I was in and out in no time at all...they even followed me to the local car rental agency so that I could drop off my rental car and drive my purchased vehicle back to Maryland. I have nothing but praise for management team, the sales staff, finance lead and the folks who detailed my car. Mark Vega provided exceptional customer service! I have never did anything like this before, he made this a smooth process and took the time to explain in terms I could relate and understand. The purchase price was more expensive than I had planned and I was dissapointed the dealership manager didnt/ wouldnt comp a remote start, rails or even give a discount off if sales price~ very dissapointing. If he had I definitely wouldve given a 5¿ but he was not as customer friendly, only interested in getting a "good rating"

Toan was so helpful and caring. He was not like the other sales reps I have encountered before. He is not pushy, he is truley there to help you. He suggested trims and models he thought was best for us and went above and beyond making us happy.
